Big O Tires

We purchased a new set of tires for one of our automobiles. We were given good advice on what tires to buy and were given a very good "deal" on the tires. Thank you.

I had an odd request for issues unrelated to my tire purchase and they had no problem fulfilling my request and do so quick and very well.

I was dropping my truck off after hours for an appointment the following day. A couple guys were inside and I was invited in to drop off the keys and go over what I wanted done. No rushing on their part. Great customer service!

Did the oil change then fixed two tire issues ion a timely basis for a great price

John took great care of us. He did what he said he would do. Due to all the cars getting new tires before me, I thought I would have to leave my car all night. 5:20 pm I got the call, to come down, it would be ready. Big O closes at 6:00 my car and two others were still getting. Finished up. 6:30 or so I was paying my bill & thanking Cliff, John. & The crew for staying late to get me in my car that night.. Integrity in what they do and doing what they say. And my 4 new studded,Hankook I Pike tires are a guaranty ill be safe and mobile all winter.

The front counter staff are amazing super knowledgeable as they apparently have mechanical backgrounds as well the store manager is super friendly and hands on and cares about his customers as well as his assistant jon
