Big O Tires

On Tuesday 09-03-19 my husband and I were traveling home to Westminster Co thru Woodland Park. We stopped to get some lunch and when i got out of our truck I heard a hissing sounds. We had a large bolt showing in one of our back tires in our dully Chevy 3500. We quickly googled tires shops and Bog O came up and we were 2 miles from the store. We pulled in and the young man at the desk was amazing! Came out to look and told us if we could give him about an hour plus he could at least put on our spare if not fix the tire. An hour and 1/2 later the tire was fixed and we were ready to continue home. When my husband went to pay our bill we were told the manager offers free tire fixes among other things for the community. We were blown away!!!! Great guest service, knowledgeable people and we were back on our way home from the long weekend safely! Thank you all that were working that day.... we did tip the young man that did the work. We would have liked to tip you all!! Thank you for making our trip home a safe one and for your EXCELLENT guest service!

We live on a really bad road and are constantly dealing with tire punctures; Big O in Woodland Park is convenient and always takes care of our tires when this happens. So when our Jeep was due for a full set of new tires, we checked here first. They had tires in stock, and did a full replacement and balance on the new tires, without an appointment.

Jeff and his crew were outstanding, will be back for more service in the future, Thanks guys!!!!

I have been going to the Woodland Park location for a long time, and they have always done an excellent job. When I came in after a teenager hit my truck, they communicated clearly with me regarding what needed to be done, did it quickly, and they were kind and helpful the entire time. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

From asking for information about replacing shocks and struts on our vehicle, to completion of the repair, the Big O team was fantastic! I shopped around before buying new tires and found that Big O compared well. Julian did a great job helping me select the tire that best suited my needs, and since they're an unusual size he had them shipped from Denver. Although I had to bring my young grandson along, Julian made him feel welcome and let us watch cartoons while we waited. I'm very pleased with my new tires and alignment. My car runs great and I don't have to worry about the long mountain commute I make in winter conditions. Highly recommend.

This was an easy, quick, and overall great experience. The only problem I experienced was my skid guard was not attached properly when I left but this was resolved immediately. I also received a coupon that sent me that way and will be returning in the future.

Excellent Company! Jeff at Big O Tires in Woodland Park was Wonderful! A week before Christmas I had a damaged tire, Jeff found me a great deal that I could afford. The service was great and it was a total surprise when they were able to get us in right away and we learned that since we purchased the tires from Big O there was no cost. By the way the tires are better than expected.

I was satisfied with my service at Big O because they had preformed the service I had asked of them and got me on my way as quick as possible.

Yesterday, Feb 27 the guys at Big O saved me approximately $600 I went in this morning, thinking my started was going out, and was expecting them to install a new one, and of course, dreading spending the money. They ran a test on my starter , my alternator and battery and the result was, nothing needed to be replaced. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HONESTY! Because of winter being the slower times, would have loved to have had my business. Yesterday, I had major brake work done on the same vehicle and all was done in a timely manner and took the time to show and explain to me where my problem was. I left there feeling safe and well cared for.

Walked in without an appointment an hour before closing. The staff were kind and accommodating and squeezed me into their work load.
