Big O Tires

This is my "go to" place for car stuff as they have been great to me.

They staff were great.

I had purchased a set of tires from this location in 2016 for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. They were great tires so I asked for the same ones this time. The price was only about $100 more after 6 years so I was very pleased. The Michelin Defender tires are great. The service at this Big O location is awesome. In fact, the same salesman from 2016 helped me with this sale!

When you go in they are always very helpful and explain about all the products that they have to offer

Good service, needed to travel to Denver, put 4 new tires on in an hour with no appointment.

The staff, Chris and the two shuttle drivers, are all young but were very respectful, friendly and easy to talk to. They initiated conversation and engaged in it. The service was routine but one of the spark plugs was difficult to replace. They got the tool needed and completed the job.

Overall a good experience. I am a former Automotive Service Manager ( Ford, Subaru, Honda and GM ) and previous business owner in Colorado Springs ( HP Automotive, Inc. ) prior to retirement in Canon City last June. Big O Canon City is professional and appears to be well managed. While waiting for set of new tires to be installed and alignment, I observed front counter communications with customers, technician performance in the shop and general sevice procedures. Overall, the Canon City Big O would be my personal choice for tires and service ( within their expertise ) and would find no issue recommending them to family and friends. I've bought my tires at Big-O several times over the years and always have them rotate and balance in Canon City Colorado. The balance has always been great, but recently even that expectation was surpassed by one of their Techs, Andrew Norton, surpassing what I previously thought was not possible with balance. I will request Andrew for future balance jobs. Big-O mud and snow rated tires for my Ford Explorer have always performed well and lasted long.

Each time I go they complete my service or repairs

John was very helpful in obtaing my ATV tires and having them mounted when I brought the old tires to the store. All of the employees where friendly and made my wife and I feel at home.

Efficient in scheduling,friendly, and appeared trustworthy.

I always rely on Big O. I've had great service in the past and this time was no exception. I don't consider any place else.

Your Technicians are always friendly and professional. We had a bad tire that we brought in and it was quickly replaced on our rim with a new tire within about 30 minutes and then we were on our way. They also kept us informed along the way on the status. Thanks!
