I walked in the door and was immediately met by friendly salesperson. I asked about tires for my vehicle and they had him in stock at a good price and were able to place them on my vehicle immediately. There was a small discrepancy on my bill that was immediately resolved to my satisfaction.

Everything was as expected and they got me earlier than my appointment time.

Every time I've ever gone to Big O, it's been a very positive experience. I think the longest time I've ever had to wait was about 45 minutes. The employees are courteous and friendly and remember me. I've been doing business for many years with Big O and plan on continuing that. I'd recommend them to ANYONE and I do.

They were very quick and very nice about the whole thing. They made sure i understood the price.

My car needed an oil change. However, I was also concerned that vehicle was leaking fluid. The technician not only identified the fluid (coolant) he showed me that cap was loose. Problem solved for free! That occurs a lot at Big O!

The minute I walked in, I was greeted buy the salesperson. I was looking for new tires and they knew right away what I needed and was able to give the total price and scheduled my appointment. So nice to see a business know and help you these days.

Ryan and the other employees were very kind and respectful. They answered all of my questions and explained everything to me in a very understandable manner. I was also given the discounts I researched on line with Big O, plus an upgrade in tires. At the same time I was serviced for new tires my parents also received new tires and they were pleased with the experience as well. Both vehicles were taken care of in a timely manner. The shop was very clean. I will continue going to Big O for my services and share my experience with other family and friends. Thank You to the staff that helped us that day.

The associate I talked with on the phone to set everything up was very helpful and explained everything about how the road hazard policy would work which answered my questions about what I would do if I had a problem while not in the city where I live and bought the tires. Everybody at the store when I had the car towed to the store was also very friendly and knowledgeable.
