As always, the service was exceptional, the techs were friendly and knowledgeable and the store was clean and pleasant. My tire was repaired quickly and the staff was professional.

Recently my wife and I had an alignment done at the Big O Tire here in Canon City CO for our Volvo XC90 and the service was excellent! My son Kevin Green works there and he made sure we received the friends and family discount. I'm very proud that my son works at a business that supports families! I had wasted part of my day waiting at a car dealership in Pueblo to get some repair work done and was told that it would take too long for the time left in the day. So as not to feel as though I had wasted the whole trip, I stopped in at Big O in Canon City on my way home to see if I could get my tires rotated. There was less than 40 minutes left in the day for the shop but Tristan got my vehicle in and serviced and sent me on my way "as happy as Larry" as the saying goes! I am quite pleased with the service I receive from this crew. They do a great job!

Good service, I didn't have to wait long for my car

I have anti-theft lugs on my toyota wheels. I leave the special socket in my console for the techs to use if needed. It got lost a couple of rotations (visits) ago and I asked if they could find it. It was found and returned to me. Thank you again to all the guys and girls at Canon City Big O.

Got us in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Tires were a little higher in cost then a couple other places but they had them in stock where the others would have to order them.
