Staff was very nice and got my new tires installed very quickly, they explained the warranty process on the new tires. Was nice to get good customer service for a change.

The technician took the time to take my skid plate off and grease all the zerks. Most places just do the easy ones.

I was extremely satisfied with my Canon City Big O experience. We have a horse trailer that we are selling but wanted to put on some new tires. The manager worked with us giving us a price we could not turn down. The next owner will have new tires and no worries of a tire failure for many years.
