Big O Tires

This store has an extremely high turnover rate. They have a help wanted ad in the paper almost every other month. That tells me they don't treat their employees well and or they don't pay well. It also tells me that they're constantly training new employees so level of knowledge and skill must be extremely low... I went in to get a quote on my tires and their quote was extremely high compared to everyone else in the area. Check out discount tire instead. Also, their ratings don't work in less you click on more than three stars.

Great Staff, Good Service!

I have purchased four sets of tires from Big O. I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. I was quoted $15 more for my oil change than was quoted to a customer who came in while I waited (base price). I had a 2 pm appointment and had to wait 1.25 hours. When I left on a 130 mile round trip journey, my truck vibrated so much I thought something very serious had been done to my vehicle. After significantly reducing speed (driving on the highway at well below the limit), and returning to Big O, I was told that the balancing had been done incorrectly (my front tires were at .75? off - I am not familiar with the intricacies of tire balancing). My son said that in all likelihood serious damage had occurred to my vehicle as the result of the excessive out of balance and traveling 130 miles on it.

We have bought our tires and our daughter's tires here for quite some time now. We have made this the primary place for our tires because of the quality and the warranties. The customer service is very professional and helpful. Also, your technicians are knowledgeable.

I asked my wife to take our family vehicle in for a tire rotation and an alignment. One of our tires has been leaking air and that was also a concern. Jessie Talbert, who I guess is the manager there, assured me that the reason why there is a leak was because of my rim. This was the third or forth time we have taken the tire there to get checked. I bought the Big O tires with their warranty so they looked at it before, each time with a different reason as to why this kept happening. This last time, Jessie told me that the leak was being caused by my rim and that he could sell me rim to match the set. I asked him to replace the tire and he did not want to. He insisted it was not the tire. I reminded him that I have that guarantee from Big O, so he reluctantly agreed to do so. Then he called me back and said they could not do the alignment because they needed to replace some part and it would cost me over $600 to fix. I said NO, and this morning took it to a different place where they were able to do the alignment for their regular price. Jessie was trying to get one over me. He was so pissed about having to give a new tire that he wanted to rip me off by over charging me to do repairs that did not need to be done. Jessie is a crook and I would not trust him to do anything else to any of my vehicles.

Worst big o I've ever used. I wouldnt go back to any of there businesses if they were the only shop opened. The costumer service is a joke. And every time i take my truck for my free tire rotation, they give me the run around. It needs to be scheduled even after that some how they have time to take walk-ins for new tires. Seems like their top priority is selling, not being committed to the consumers that they have already sold to. This is the 2nd major problem I've had with them. I will never be seen at a big o again.

Knowledgeable staff, looking for Goodyear 265-65-17 for my 2016 Chevy Colorado. Manufacturers out of stock, availability only for 265-70–17. Although, there was a major concern about the larger tire rubbing against the wheel well. We addressed the issue by suggesting the tire be mounted. Another sales representative stepped up and added his input, the decision was made to scrap the idea and go with on hand Big O comparable tires. Great communication and teamwork. Jessie has a great team. Been going there for years!!

pre ordered a set of tires and paid a deposit agreed price was 133.00 per tire. i arrived at 11am and at 1pm they finished with a price of 217.00 per tire. when I disagreed they didn't remember the price we agreed to.then took my keys pulled my vehicle back into the bay put my old tires back on in 32 minutes and gave me back my key. didn't try to fix the problem, offer another solution or even apologize.

I had them do a quick reset on my TPMS system on Friday but it did not reset correctly. I returned on Saturday and they immediately put my vehicle in the shop and corrected the problem.

Broke my air bag valve told me they couldn't fix it haven't been able to drive vehicle for two weeks now..Never again would I buy or use there services.

I have been using your store since it was built. I have never bought tires anywhere else since. I have two vehicles that i have serviced with you and I have always been satisfied with no issues.. It is very nice to call or go into the store and Jesse calls me by name.

They were horrible. Brought car in at 8am to change the spark plugs and get a radiator flush. We went there at 1 p.m. because we did not hear from them, and they hadn't even started yet. So they pulled my car around the side of the building and did a quick job and I overheated all the way home and barely made it home. So I had to have another shop refill the radiator and fix the thermostat which went out because it overheated. Horrible service I would never go there again.

We have been using This loacation of Big O for years. The service is always excellent, helpful and friendly. Jesse the Manager does a great job as do his associates.. its why we continue to use them when there are a number of other choices

made a mess , I had oil all under my suv and getting all over my driveway after. They never cleaned it off, I had to call in to a manager who fixed this.

Timely service AND A REASONABLE PRICE.

I came in with a flat repair. I had not made an appointment and it was the beginning of the month and stimulus money just gone out, I expected a long wait. I was greeted immediately and my information was taken. I was still standing at the desk as my car was being brought to the garage. Wonderful! I ran an errand and while I was there they called me to inform me that my repair was made. I returned and was immediately taken care of and my car was in front ready to go.

Overall experience was good and the associate were very helpful
