Big O Tires

I was in the tire service industry for 15 years. Your company needs to hire qualified text to work on people's vehicles. What kind of tired guy puts 7.5 oz of weight on one side of a tire without rotating it 180 degrees on the rim and trying again. And then proceeded to balance my other two tires without checking the air pressure. I've done tires for a long time, beside the fact it took me two hours to get my truck back. I've bought four sets of tires from you but after this I don't think I will be back. I'm sorry thank you

The truck that I had brought in was just recently purchased. It is a 2013 model so when the big o team was re-mounting them on the truck the lug nuts was giving them fits. They talked to me about this and said that I should consider replacing them and that they would be more than happy to do so. I get a discount at the parts store and so I asked them if I bought the lug nuts if they would put them on for me. They told me no problem. I did not have any problem with any of the team just the lug nuts.

This store is a joke. The most unprofessional customer service I have dealt with. The entire store is filled with incompetent dumbasses!!! SCREW BIG O.

Stu and Nick were very nice! Stu even opened the door to greet me. We had some technical hiccups with getting a refund for my deposit but Stu went above and beyond to get communication to your home office for a check to be cut.

Terrible service, tell you anything to wrote up service ticket and put you in line.

I let you rotate my tires .. only because i bought them here .. and I still have to double check on them to rotate the spare .. but ... not allowed to touch anything else. Had oil changed. I checked oil level when you finished with car ... half full. I asked about that and the manager sent a mechanic out to my car to tell me that ford recommends filling only to half. Call Ford. Via Ford "Acceptable to let oil get down to half is not the same as recommending only fill to half". I know... no body cares since you probably make an extra $million or two bucks by under filling.

The sales counter people all greeted us as encountered. The associates in the service bays were friendly and efficient. It was a very cold and snowy day and the area was regularly cleaned and made safe in walk areas with a good attitude. Service was performed efficiently.

We brought our truck in yesterday to the big o in canon city and the sales rep Angel had asked me why it was here and I told him a break inspection. He told me he didn't have any paperwork on it and said it wasn't his problem. We came back in today and he proceeded to put other vehicles in front of mine and skip mine after being here for over an hour. One of the other sales reps had told my husband to pull it in a flat bay and Angel was watching him pull it in a bay and he through his hands up at me and said "what the hell are you doing."� He then went to the other sales reps and made a scene about it and called me a bitch. He was very rude to me and talking about customers and making a scene in front of other employees is unprofessional.

I had Michael do a price match with Discount tire in Pueblo co. In witch he did, I asked him if that price was out the door.He said yes. The tires would not come in till the next 5-29-17 he said he would call me when the got In. I waited for a phone call never got one. So at 2:00pm I went over. Tires were there store was not busy my car got right in. Come time to pay the bill, did not get an insp. sheet and that is when the bill changed. They added mounting and balanceing. Now when I said out the door that is what it means, not start adding to the bill. From now on I buy tires in pueblo You can also take me off your mailing list!

They were able to get me in on a walk in and did a fast and great job

I came in today Saturday 8/17/19 to get a brake inspection on my truck I also came in yesterday but they were busy but this all started yesterday. We had our truck in line and they were getting paperwork ready and angel had come up to my wife asking what we were getting done and she had said we are getting a brake inspection and he said that it wasn't his problem because there was no paperwork and then went upfront and told the other sales people that she was rude and had called her some bad names. Fast forward to today and our truck was in line again and after waiting over an hour my truck had not moved but cars were going in and our of the shop. We went outside and saw angel pulling vehicles around it and when I was asked to pull it into the shop because it is a manual he threw his hands in the air and asked what we were doing. I have worked here before and I have spent alot of money here but after his customer service I am contemplating not coming back here and taking by business else where. After working here for over a year I know that we were held to a higher standard of customer service and this type of treatment was not acceptable. Kaylana, John, and Stew were great with us and they always have been and have always treated me with respect and have never given me special treatment just because I worked here before. I would like to keep coming back here but angel might have ruined it.

Very pleased with our experiences at the Canon City Big O Tire. We are a small, independent car dealer here in town, and these guys have earned my business. They've been outstanding in getting us in fast, usually same day, they get the job done right, at a fair price and on schedule too. Highly reccommend!

Spent $1300 on premium tires. The truck was sent out with 33psi drivers side 41psi passenger side. I have premium polished aluminum wheels that had lead weights on the face instead of hidden glued behind the wheel out of site.. The weight on the front passenger tire I pulled off with my fingers. Check your equipment.

They acted with the speed of a pit crew .the team worked fast and efficiently and they have done this several times on my vehicle each time I have had service. I am very satisfied.

Horrible experience

Service was done in an appropriate amount of time and the quality of workmanship was fantastic. They explained what other services were on the horizon and helped me figure out how best to fix the other problems with my car.
