Very professional attitude, prompt service and efficient. The work area was immaculate, the service people were very efficient and friendly. They treated me like I was their only customer, and the office area was packed. They treated everyone in the shop like they were family. I don’t think I’ll buy tires fir my three vehicles any where else but Big O from this day forward. Refreshing to see this quality of people and their attitude especially dealing with si many different personalities every day. THANK YOU, BIG “O”

Big O Employee was very professional, kept me updated on my vehicle, kept my appointment time. Suggested that I get rear brakes replaced sooner rather than later, and I will schedule to get this done.

Bought new rims and tires. Had problems with the rims Within approximately 7 to 9 months they fix it with duct tape and try to convince me that that's a common issue with rims??

I came in to pay my statement for my business, and it was the first one that I received via email and it said I was late. I never received anything in the mail and when I went in to pay for the bill. Like I have done for the last 20 years with a credit card. The two employees at the front desk refused to take my credit card because they said I had a PO. number, I don't have a PO they just put the employees name in the PO spot. Finally the manager took my credit card to pay for the bill. I'm not happy with the customer service there at all. And we have been coming there since you opened in Canon City. I had an oil change done a few months ago and the mechanic overfilled it with too much oil. My recent visit they did not accept my warranty for bad tire. He argued with me to make the most money.

Not really impressed with Big O. We have 5 vehicles and have had issues every time we've in for service. On 3 occasions after having new tires installed we've had leaks that we had to go back to get fixed. On one of them it still leaks. I have to add air to that one every two weeks. Maybe next rotation you'll get it right. One time after rotation and balance the tires were not balanced correctly. Had to have it done over. This past week I had tires installed on my diesel pickup. Took 3 hours!! And on the trip to Denver afterwards the truck seemed to wander a bit. Checked the pressures and the front and rear pressures were 20 psi different?!?! Seems like you don't have time to do the job right the first time but find to time to do it a second time. Or in my case I just fix it myself when I get home and shake my head in wonder how you're still in business. You're on par with Discount Tire as far as doing the job correctly. They weren't very good either.

Replaced tire under warranty because it was not able to be fixed. Also checked fluid levels for no extra charge, and also rotated my tires.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. They were able to work my tire repair and rotation in, without an appointment. The price was very fair. I will be back and I will buy my next set of tires from them.

Brought truck in at 0700, to beat the rush. The day before I waited 2 hours and thought I would ask how much longer the guy said at least another hour and a half. I took my truck and left. So the next morning I show up and I am told I have to schedule oil change and they would do the tore rotation at the same time. So I bring it in at 1000 for appt. Told they were behind and it would be longer than the 40 min I was told. Ok so it was almost two hours!!!!!!!

I know getting shocks off a 6 year-old car is not easy. The pros at Big-O got those new shocks on in record time! Great Job Big O!

I was a little disappointed with the lack of communication from the service staff. I dropped my car off 2 hours before my appointment and just asked them to call when it was completed. By 10 am the next morning I still had not received any call about my vehicle. Also when I picked my car up the TPMS light was still on, I advised the service staff of this and they did quickly look at my car. I was then told I had a bad sensor in the LR wheel. Why was I not called about this when the tires where off of the car? Also I had already paid and there was no mention of this on my invoice and there was no mention of it when I paid and picked up my car. If the service advisor would have called me I would have had this sensor replaced while my vehicle was there having tires put on it. Now I have to take more time out of my packed schedule to have this fixed when it could have been very easily done while in the shop. A simple phone call could have avoided this. The staff was very friendly and so was the tech that looked at my car when I bought this to their attention. The tires where a great value in my opinion also but the follow through just wasn't there. I also have my wife's Kia serviced there also and we had several issues with that visit too on the same day. We where told they did not have the tires we needed and sold us a higher priced tire. After picking up the truck it had the tires we requested on it but where charged a higher price than what we paid for that same tire not even a month ago. The center caps where left off of the vehicle and we had to return to get them. I'm going to have to think about if I will bring either of my vehicles back.
