Kyle, the mechanic was great! He worked hard to try to find and resolve an off and on scraping sound coming from my rear wheel. The front people couldn't find the oil change reservation that I had made previous day, asked me to come back tomorrow. I said no, I live hour away. They fit me in, it was tight /busy that day.

I was pleased with the overall service. I ordered the tires on Saturday, they were delivered on Monday and while I did not have an appointment the shop worked efficiently and got me in and out in reasonable time. Crew was friendly and helpful.d

My tire replacement deal was honored and everyone was very helpful, but it was if one hand didn't know what the I other was doing. I had to explain my need for new tires, with one tire being replaced from the previous year with my warranty. Also I never did hear how my breaks are as requested 2 times. AND my check tire light is STILL on, even though was told it would go off and I requested it be turned off two tire changes ago

Great customer service! Nick Baxter assisted me and did an awesome job. He helped me look through and decide on which tires best fit my application. 10/10 for service, time, and product. I will be back and would certainly recommend Big O Tires to anyone with vehicle trouble.

Service was good but my car was returned with oil stains on my console. Techs should be more considerate and either clean their arms or keep them off of consoles and arm rests.

I brought my truck in for a recommended tire rotation as part of my purchase. I got in quick the tires were rotated but the staff could not successfully reprogram my tire pressure sensing system. One tire would not respond to the programming device. I had just left Lindner Chevrolet with my sensors working. I had to go back to Lindner and have them reprogram my tire sensor system which they did without issue. What happened at your store, was your programmer faulty or staff not trained enough? The bottom line is I had to fix the problem myself, why didn't your staff take the truck to Lindner or something else, that cost me time and frustration. This is not the first issue, last time I had my tires rotated my tire pressure sensors were not reprogrammed and I had to bring the truck back when the light came on after a couple of days and my wife's locking lug nut tool was lost and you had to buy new lug nuts and cover caps for her car. I was able to recover from each incident but I live 30 miles out of town and the hassle, gas and time is not appreciated. I have used Big O tires for many years and been happy with my previous store but I seem to have problems at this store.

I was there at 7 am and there was only 1 tech in back and 1 guy up front at the desk. Really?!?! First day back after a long holiday weekend it got pretty busy early for those two guys. More guys showed around 8 but it was pretty backed up by then. Took an hour and a half to do my rotation and balance. Got out of there at 8:30. Lines were pretty long by then.

I hate to say because I read so many great reviews about this particular location, but I pretty much had the same experience as I always do. I dropped my car off at 0700, went to work all day, and went to pick-up my vehicle at 1630 and they still had not finished it. All I had done was an oil change and a new serpentine belt installed. They told me they had to get the belt from Denver! You going to tell me they couldn't find a belt anywhere else between Canon City and Denver?!...like maybe Colorado Springs?! Also, good Customer Service would've dictated that they call me at work first and tell me the situation and ask me if I still wanted to go forward with the belt swap. So, they had the vehicle all day, then I STILL had to sit in their Waiting Room for 1.5 hrs! Ugh! The Tech seemed like he didn't know how to install a new serpentine belt. Silver lining, they did make me a good quote for doing my rear brakes. A Big O in Colorado Springs that I usually use had quoted me at $1,000 to do my breaks.

I had scheduled an appointment for 4pm for an oil change and tire rotation. At 5:30 I approached the desk and asked how much longer and they stated that they were just waiting for the tire rotation. I wouldn't have made an appointment if I knew it was still going to take 2 hours. When I finally left at 6:05 the staff did not reset my maintenance required button, but at that point I was already frustrated due to the time it took to service my car that I just left and am dealing with that light. The staff was friendly and professional but not attentive to the people waiting.

Had an oil change done at Big O tires. Technician returned my car with oil spots on my steering wheel, armrest, and interior side of drivers door. I would expect the tech to be considerate or other people's car and wipe off hands and arms prior to entering the vehicle. Not impressed with customer service!

My appointment was at 3 pm and I showed up 10 minutes early. They immediately took my car and had the job done in a very reasonable time. Shay James was the employee that did the oil change. She took the time afterwards to talk to me and to make sure I was satisfied. Very friendly, as is everyone I've encountered at Big O. Good job Shay!
