Well, the Big O culture starts with Jessi. He is a manager that will literally give you the shirt off his back. Not only will he provide you a ride home while work is being done, he will offer advise on trimming your roses and offer to babysit your children. He is more that a great Manager, he is a fine, giving person who I am honored to call friend.

Great buy on the tires. Told them which one was my spare. They gave me the one that was flat. Had to go back to get my spare and I live 25 miles away. There was one guy that took care of me but it wasn't timely. The jury is still out.

They have ways provided good service except for the last tire rotation on the Jeep. The vehicle would "violently shake" when approaching 50 mph. Took it back and found they did not balance the front tires. This should NEVER happen. This could have caused a very serious accident or damage to the vehicle.

Tires and install went nearly perfect. The tire sensors had to be returned to be reset but they gladly took care of it.

Although all 4 tires were initially ordered for my vehicle, someone else used two of them and you had to reorder those two and I had to come back to have them put on.

I only had an oil change and tire rotation done, which was done satisfactory. One complaint which really annoyed me and I hope never happens again; the short amount of time your employee was in my Traverse they DO NOT need to change MY radio station!! I do not appreciate getting in my vehicle and hearing head banging type music!! You need to pass this along to this store manager that employees do not have the right to change radio channels!! Also I really miss your sons Matthew and Ivan at this store it is not the same without them!

Steven Meyer was the one who helped me. Did an awesome job and keeping me up to date on my vehicle. Great communication skills. Knew exactly what I meant when I described the battery I wanted. Service was faster than what they had told me so that was even better

I like that it's a multiple stop tires, oil, battery, shocks brakes. They didn't put my new sensors on. It was on the order however it was skipped over. Not sure the issue, but I called and problem was resolved. No other issues. Friendly staff, good service. Will bring other vehicles in again.

The price was GREAT with the Buy3 get one Free, the Free Alignment check, they got me in like first thing in the morning, unfortunately for me there was a lot of cars already there ahead of me. So it took ALL DAY. I saw they posted looking for help, and unfortunately it seems it’s that way ANYWHERE YOU GO THESE DAYS. Just NO HELP AVAILABLE ‼️‼️‼️

Stopped in for tire rotation! Lucky for me I almost got right in! Only took 30 minutes! What I don't understand is why I can't make an appointment for a tire rotation! If I need to Change oil....only by appointment, got a new set of tires....only by appointment! Now that I purchased the tires I'm told if I need a tire rotation I may have to wait! Is this because of what I paid for the tires which included free rotations and I'm only there for a rotation, which I don't have to pay anything, I'm expected to wait? Not being able to make an appointment an just calling or stopping by to see how busy the store is a pain! It's just not right!

Service personnel were friendly. I had reuested that personell look under the chassie to see why car was making noise while driving, they not only complied: they found road debrie that was wraped around the muffler. Good Job Big O!
