The staff was as always, very helpful, polite and fast service. The only thing I have an issue with is tire prices and inventory. I usually have to purchase my tires from 4Wheel Parts because they can’t get them or price match. However, I always bring them to Big O to be mounted, balanced and serviced because I trust the staff.

I LOVE the fact that they check the other fluids in my vehicle as well as the air filter, system, brakes etc while performing my oil change. They are friendly, mature and courteous as well as efficient. I didn't see a bunch of horsing around of employees in the bays.

Big O Tire, Canon City has always treated me fairly, and taken care of problems that resulted from due to the few service errors they made. Both front sales and service tech representatives have always been helpful, courteous, and willing to explain any of my auto needs.

Initially I had a problem. It wasn’t with the company it was with an employee. The particular employee wasn’t 100% honest and I was overcharged. When I filed my complaint the problem was resolved Without question. I received a refundFor the overcharge. I won’t hesitate to go back for future repairs.
