Good just had tire repair

I recently had occasion to drive to the Big O Tire store in Conifer, CO due to a flat tire on a rental car. I called them when the Enterprise rental company was closed at 4:45pm, and I needed to find a way to get my very young granddaughter back to her parents in Highlands Ranch that evening, and to the Denver Airport very early the next morning. The kindly hotel staff in Evergreen had used the "donut" spare provided with the rental car that to replace the totally flat tire, but it would be unsafe to make the freeway drive at 4am the next morning on that spare/ air balloon. The staff at the Conifer Big O assured me that if I arrived before 6pm, they would try their best to help. They advised me to drive slowly and with caution, and to use my flashers. So when I limped into their service station at 5:40pm, not only I was greeted by several workers who remembered my recent call, my "donut" was quickly replaced by the flat tire Big O repaired, and I was on my way before 6pm. I wish that I had all of their names to thank these blessed angels individually. I'll not forget the relief and gratitude I felt that day, and I hope their business continues to prosper and grow.

I love the caring service I receive.I just wish I did not have to wait 1.5 hours to get it.How about appointments?

i needed my winter tires changed out for the summer season. They said it would take an 1-1-/12, and it did.

I rarely give the highest possible review. There is always room for improvement. I was in on Friday and purchased tires for 2 vehicles. I will be back in a couple of days to get tires for a third vehicle. So I'd say y'all are doing fine. Friendly and helpful.

Use the local store and they are always GREAT!!!!!

Last year, I bought two tires from your store. I immediately thought there was something wrong with my front end alignment. Not having the money to fix it, I've driven it how it was for almost a year. I didn't want to come back to Big-O but when I needed tires recently, I decided to come back so my tires matched. The tires I needed weren't in stock, but I received a call as soon as they showed up. I asked the tech to try and re-balance the ones I got last year when they put on the new ones. Now, I feel dumb because after re-balancing them, they're great and no more shaking front end. Now, I just have to figure what to do with the one tire that has a funny wear pattern. The staff was nice and the work was done quickly. I'm glad I came back, but wish I had gotten the tires I got last year looked at right away.

I love my tires. The only bad thing was the wait that was not explained well on our arrival. However, they did allow us to leave our car over night.

These guys are always honest and straightforward. I've been there 3 times now and have always been happy with their service. They have fixed tire leaks and mounted new tires and wheels for me. They do quality work.

I didn't rotate tires so had two with 2ml tread and two at 5ml tread.Original tread is 11ml. Tires had been driven 25,000 miles. I wanted to buy two new tires to replace worn tires. I also wanted to consider a better wearing tire. Big O would not sell me a pair of new tires because my better pair was too warn out to mate with a new. I had the existing tires rotated and will consider where to buy my next tires.

We use this Big O location almost exclusively because of the owners. They are nice, prompt, considerate and active in the local community.
