Big O Tires

We called before hand to see how much to put on tires we had purchased elsewhere. We got there no one greeted us told them what we needed didn't really ask how much since we had just called but was told the tire disposal fee and charge for nitrogen. After it was done it was double what we were told on the phone. Tire mount was over $100 and they reduced it to $17 a tire but they were rude, claimed they hadn't spoken to anyone on price over the phone the previous day. No wonder they are never busy, I've had to sons work for Big O and even they said the cost was ridiculous.

I was simply satisfied - all went as expected. If there were warm chocolate chip cookies, car warmed up, snow removed, rims as clean as the rest of the vehicle, etc., I’d be ‘highly’ satisfied...

We've bought tires at Big O twice before and received excellent service while we purchased one single tire and they put it on for us. Today, we came in and again, needing one single tire and althought the tire was available for sale the lady behind the counter told my husband that it is illegal to sell a single tire. ILLEGAL? really come on. Don't you mean that you just don't want to sell one tire? I despise being lied to!!! Big O I will never again purchase your tires. Loss of a customer and referrals. Stupid move. That sales lady needs to lose her job!!!

Good just had tire repair

I really don't know why I am taking the time to write a review.Last summer I wrote a review with very low ratings and it didn't seem to matter.

I love the caring service I receive.I just wish I did not have to wait 1.5 hours to get it.How about appointments?

I rarely give the highest possible review. There is always room for improvement. I was in on Friday and purchased tires for 2 vehicles. I will be back in a couple of days to get tires for a third vehicle. So I'd say y'all are doing fine. Friendly and helpful.

Last year, I bought two tires from your store. I immediately thought there was something wrong with my front end alignment. Not having the money to fix it, I've driven it how it was for almost a year. I didn't want to come back to Big-O but when I needed tires recently, I decided to come back so my tires matched. The tires I needed weren't in stock, but I received a call as soon as they showed up. I asked the tech to try and re-balance the ones I got last year when they put on the new ones. Now, I feel dumb because after re-balancing them, they're great and no more shaking front end. Now, I just have to figure what to do with the one tire that has a funny wear pattern. The staff was nice and the work was done quickly. I'm glad I came back, but wish I had gotten the tires I got last year looked at right away.

They were very nice and very accepting to my cars needs

I love my tires. The only bad thing was the wait that was not explained well on our arrival. However, they did allow us to leave our car over night.
