Big O Tires

Forgot to reset the maintenance required button and didn't rotate the tires as requested.

We have depended on our guys here at the Big O in Evans CO since we first moved here nearly ten years ago, They are always helpful and friendly, knowledgeable and accomodating. Today we had my oil change on my little car they they have helped me make it in good shape to 255thousand miles--and they changed a blinker bulb--All while my husband shopped for tires AND purchased new rims for his pick-up. Although we always leave with pockets a little lighter, despite them always giving us discounts when they can, we trust in the car care that we get there! They make the process always as easy on us(and our pocketbooks) as possible, whether it is service or purchases AND we wouldn't go anywhere else! A few weeks ago I was shopping with my sisters(one visiting from Alabama and her twin) when the check tire light came on as they picked me up--One sister was ready to cancel our expedition but I suggested we have them take a look at our Big O. They were great--got us right in the bay and aired up the tire and sent us merrily on our way. Both sisters were amazed at that congeniality and helpfulness--especially since there was no charge!(Even though I wasn't driving one of our vehicles!)

I scheduled appointment online with clear instructions of replacing one tire. Took over an hour and all four were replaced which I clearly did not state in online instructions or to the counter personnel so I proceeded to wait yet another hour whilst the shop put all original tires back on except the one I purchased. Your store in Trinidad Colorado also left my lock nut on tire and over inflated one tire which created bubble and caused me to go to NPT to get poor replacement of Big Foot tread. If you partner with them at least have them stock big foot brand.

Took one of our fleet trucks in with issues of odd tire wear. They took it up on the lift and looked it over and said they couldn't find anything wrong with the front end any where. I asked, " what about the fluid leaking from the front axle?" He went back out and came back and said the axle seal needed replaced. How can I take their word that they looked over the front end thoroughly if they didn't seal a fluid leaking. That sucker had a really good drip too. The manager was very nice and and had outstanding customer service skills. I seriously question the competency of his mechanics though.

Every time I have to get my car serviced at big o they go the extra mile. Love this business

Went to have the snow tires taken off and regular tires put back on. Very simple request, only have snow tires on the rear. I failed to inspect the job when competed. Couple days later I noticed I now have one snow tire on the front right corner?!?! Front of the car should have never been touched! Went back to have them fix their mistake, was not told sorry about their mistake and was going to have you wait hopefully 45 minutes. Good thing there are plenty of other tire shops to choose from!!

Never disappointed or surprised

First I called an asked if they could replace a part on my car and the man on the phone asked me if I needed the part or if I had it I told him that I have it already he said come on in we'll take care of you I said great so I drove in When I walked in no one said anything I went to the desk there was 3 men standing there I told the one what I had needed he said we don't do customer parts that they have I explained that I had called and I explained this to the man on the phone that I had the part and he said well we'll do it this time but never again I was seriously going to buy tires from them To but not now I felt that the attitude was in poor taste and not professional at all From now on I'll go else where for my car needs

The staff, service team, and overall value of my services are truly incredible. My best auto service experiences are always at this big O tire location. They are always my first choice when I need service for my automobile . Keep up the good work team you’re super

Try to order a set a tires instead they burned my stock rims and broke my bolt... told me to call insurance

Service was great. Got a good deal on some good tires. There was a issue with the alignment, due to several parts needing replaced an alignment was not able to be done at that time. However a thorough explanation was given and a detailed tech report was reviewed with me. A quote was provided and an appointment was made to get the repairs done. Look forward to doing business with this store for all my truck needs.

Charged 200 more then the quote. Still had problems a month after. Took it back in and they tried to sell me more things instead of doing their guarentee. I will never go back there again, and I will never recommend them again.

The friendliness of the associates especially Jon they are just a great group of guys there that really know what they’re talking about and I feel I got a Superb product but yeah it was still very affordable these people were really work with you to make sure you’re totally satisfied just keep on doing what you’re doing you’re the best

I came in first thing to replace one flat tire. Even though the compressed air had a temporary issue, I was only there for 30 minutes before the job was done, and I was kept aware of why it took a little longer than usual. The price was fair and the service was fast and well done. Definitely will come back again for any tires or oil changes in the future. It's a great group of guys and they do good work.

I brought in two vehicles a 2001 Subaru outback for an alignment and a 2009 Ford Fusion for tire rotation of tires purchased from Big o Les than a year ago. Upon completion of the alignment on the Subaru I was told that the Subaru needed new tires. at which time I inform them the Subaru had tires that were only a year old on it and they did not need to be replaced. The person who was helping me at the counter went out to the car came back in told me I was a liar and that the car had four different tires on it. I asked to speak with the manager at which time I was informed that the manager was not on the premises or working that day. Somebody else came up to help and said we should all go out and look at the car. Up on going out to the car I pointed out the fact that all four tires are the same identical Tire.then this person tried to play it off while there's wear on the back tires obviously there's wear on the back tiresas I had just rotated them from the front hence the reason it was there for an alignment. After telling them I wasn't going to argue with him anymore I just wanted to pay my bill and go I was informed that my bill was now $138 for an 89.99 alignment. When I question why it was so much as the only thing I had done was an alignment and balancing of the tires on the Subaru they told me they were charging me for the tire rotation on the Ford.I then asked them how I had to pay for tire rotation on tires that had lifetime rotation on them and I had provided the paperwork upon arrival to show that the tires were purchased from Big O and we're under full warranty.when I went back into the store after walking out the door to ask them their names they refused to give me their names and we're extremely rude and nasty yet again.I have never done business with any tire store other than Big O and that will now change. It really is a shame that a tire sore in a big city treat you better than a Small Town Tire store. I have been a licensed mechanic longer than most of these little boys have been alive and I've changed probably thousands of more tires than they will ever change in their life. it leads me pondering the question how many unsuspecting people do they charge for things that they're not supposed to stealing money from people because so many people are in a hurry and don't take the time to question what they're being charged for. I will go out of my way to make sure that anybody I know or come across never shops at this store. I have already filed a formal complaint with Big O corporate headquarters against this store.

This store has a great owner and team. They are always accurate and polite.

2006 Scion TC. Came in on Saturday at 9am for a new tire (I had a flat). I was told a tire needed to be ordered for $102 and to come back tomorrow (Sunday) around 4pm to pick up my car. I came back on Sunday at 4, store was closed. I returned Monday at 4 thinking there was a miscommunication, only to find my car sitting behind the store in the same place with the spare still on. I talked to the guy at the desk, he looked through the online files, paper files, and the garage and found that my tire was never even ordered. I did not receive any calls or notifications, I would think staff would wonder why a random car is sitting behind the store if there was no file or tire ordered for it.

Friendly and easy to talk to. Gave me a time it would be done and it was almost exact. They have always be my place to go
