My only issue is I requested a quote and it only included cost of tires. No mounting/balancing, valve stems, disposal fees was included which was almost $200 more than the quote.

I came to this location last year for 2 new Big-O brand tires, a rotation, and a front end alignment. I had to stop the workers mid job because they weren't rotating the tires, then had to explain what they needed to do. Not sure why I needed to explain to the professionals how to carry out replacing 2 tires and then rotating, but I figured it had to be an isolated incident and shrugged it off. But then I came in just last week to do the same thing: 2 new tires and a rotation. The exact same thing happened. . . they weren't doing the rotation so I had to stop them and make them do the rotation. Why no one there understands the very basic concept of replacing 2 old tires with 2 new ones, and then rotating their position, I have no idea. But what was worse this time was that they made me go out into the shop and explain it to the "professional" mechanics that they still needed to rotate the tires, as I was doing so they all proceeded to laugh at me as if I was the idiot. Your employees are the ones that don't know what very simple jobs are and that makes the customer have to make them get it right. Which is one thing, but your employees make them feel wrong for doing so. Someone might want to address this because I have been a Big-O customer for almost 20 years buying only Big-O brand tires. I recently moved to a location that only has one Big-O so I have to go to this location, however, I might be considering taking my business elsewhere now.

I highly recommended big o tires beacuse there are so awesome about there service they try to give you the best not to expensive prices also give great instructions about your care services and are quick about getting it and out love big o tires

Customer service and tire service was great ONCE the vehicle was in. However, super frustrated with not being able to schedule an appointment and having to wait for first come, first serve. Having to wait an hour to just get the car in, and then another 45 minutes to have the service does not work for a working single mom of two. I ended up having to come back the next day and try to figure out what to do for 2 hours to keep the kids entertained. I have always enjoyed and recommended this particular Big-O for service, but pretty sure I will be looking around for a place that will schedule an appointment.

every time I go in to this location I am treated with respect. If any of the associates are having an off day or if they are busy you wouldn't know it they treat me well

I dropped off the car at 1:15-1:30pm for a 2 pm appointment. I didn't get my car back until after the shop closed. As I was paying I made sure that everything was done on it and I asked if it ended up needing an alignment since I never heard back about it and he told me no. But then doubled checked with the mechanic and came back and told me it needed tires and an alignment. But I had already told several different employees including Jon that the tires where in the back because I knew the old tires were unsafe. I was even shocked that they put on the same old/treaded tires to begin with! The end of the work was rushed and everyone was in a hurry to leave. I believe this would have been quality work and a great opportunity of me to leave a positive review. But I am very disappointed. I appreciate all the work and service provided. As well as the financial assistance I needed during this difficult time for me. This team has potential although the communication between team members, management, and technicians needs improvement. This is the only service center I take my vehicles to. I always get fast courteous service. And the work is always done correctly never a problem. Also the best value of any service center.

Brought car in for oil change, asked them to do winter special which included tire rotation, check all fluids, hoses, etc. I specifically asked them to check hoses for coolant system and radiator. They did not.They changed the oil only! Had me make appointment for everything else! When I tried to make appointment originally they said first come first serve. Very surprised they didn't do any of the above.

Because it is quick, friendly, and conveniently located close to our shop. They allow our staff to bring there work vans in and give us freedom of a charged account. We will be servicing our entire fleet here.
