Had a previous quote that not everything was quoted on but the manager made everything right and my final bill matched the quote I received from the manager.

Got new tires installed for a great price.

We had a bubble in our side wall and needed tires asap but didn't have immediate funds. I called to ask for options, was sent a text message to apply for the lease option. Was approved, called back, ordered over the phone. They arrived the next morning, we brought our car in immediately and everything was done within an hour. I don't know how it could have been any easier.

Mounted tires ok but didn't go back and redo the air pressure monitoring system and now it is reading incorrectly. Went to a different big o shop and had them do it and still didn't get it right , so I'll have to take time out of my life to go back and have them try it again . Not happy about that

right in the middle of summer heat the a/c went out. i called several places ane no onw would work on it because it was 4th of july weekend. then i remembered where i took it several years ago and big o took it right in and fixed it. coldedst a/c i have ever had!!!

They did a great job . The tire changer is a great worker and deserves a raise

Just had a little snafu this time in that they skipped me when I left my car and had to wait an additional half hour after I came back Car hadnt been moved and couldnt find my keys and paperwork at first They are usually terrific so we always come back and take everyone who needs service/repairs and tires to them
