Big O manager/owner Jon Smith in my opinion is what the BIG O franchise wants from its manager/owner. That the customer seeks honest answers to the questions concerning the maintenance of their vehicle. Jon Smith's Big O It's not about making a sale just to satisfy the franchise. The customer is his primary concern if Big O is unable to fix the problem they were informed. That is why his Big O has valuable customers. The term valuable customer is a marketing term referring to the customers who are the most profitable for a company. This is what Jon has developed his customers buy more or higher-value products as the average customer. The company provides these customers with advice and guidance to establish a more personal relationship. This definition fits Jon Smith's management of Big O that is why I and other customers continue to refer their business to Jon Smith's and his crew.

Pricing was fair and service was completed quickly. I feel like I had just dropped off my vehicle and within an hour I got the call that it was ready to pick up. The tech explained exactly what was wrong and exactly how it was fixed which was very helpful.

Scheduling on the web site was easy and very clear cut. I arrived early for my appointment and the technician took the car backs right away. The total time from arrival to completion was less than an hour. The staff was very friendly.

I haven't been able to get an appointment anywhere local set up one online with big o and the tech called me right away to inform me no a ailability and set me up for the next available day that I was able to go to
