Car left covered in oil, several lug nut caps broken off, making an appointment did not even prioritize my car

I dropped off my vehicle for an oil change and I don't believe it even took 20 minutes. I went across the street for some lunch and barely was able to finish my meal before they were done. Outstandimg service

Very unsatisfied with this Big O experience. Took my car in for four new tires, an alignment, and the spring car car which is supposed to include a multitude of things. When I first dropped of my car all seemed well. The people were friendly and seemed to know what was going on. It was not busy at the time so i got my 06 PT Cruiser right in. They told me it should only be a few hours and they will call me to let me know it was finished. 3 hours go by so i called to check on progress and to see if i needed to call a taxi but the lady on the phone said my car was finished and she wasn't surprised they didn't call. No big deal but when i went to pick up the car the man up front told me the price, which seemed a little low. I asked if the car care kit had been added and he responded saying it was just an inspection so he had them do it. I asked about the oil change and axel lube and he said "uhhh.. no it didn't get done". I asked if it could, and had to bring the car back shortly. I went a head and paid then for all services and had to help the worker with my change. He counted the 506 dollars i gave hime 3 times then tried to give me over 40 dollars in change. He had to recount and use a calculator. Brought the car back 30 minutes later and noticed it was shaking when it got over 55 mph. I reported this as well when I dropped the car off, They said they would look at it. I picked the car back up about an hour and a half later. The car was still shaking so i had to back it back the next say as it was now past 7pm. I brought the car back the next day and Jon reassured me that everything would be perfect now since the Hunter Mechanic had just been there. He told me the mechanics had told him that morning they were having trouble calibrating the balancing machine the last couple of days. Kind of frustrated at this point knowing the mechanics knew there was an issue and kept working on cars but at least now I know itll be balanced right? Wrong. I had to leave town that morning and drive 600 miles on a shaky car once again. I immediately called my local Big O to have them take a look. Each tire was off by more then an ouch of weight and specifically, the had poured over 5 oz of weight onto my rear passenger tire. I'm not a mechanic and i know that is way to much for most tires, especially and specifically my semi low pro tires. the rear tire the put over 5oz. on need less then 3/4th of 1 oz. It took my local shop less then an hour to fix the mistakes an instantly could tell a huge difference. I don't understand the complications i experienced and am very unsatisfied.

First impression, good. Nice store, helpful. So I ordered 4 tires. Which I do a lot. I go through tires, twice a year! A LOT of miles. I wouldn't trust these fools with my car again if my life depended on it! A week later car started shaking, almost lost a tire, cause lug nuts came lose! Then they cross threaded them. Wanted to charge me for it, then I got a nail. Changed it, took it to them. Woke up with a flat. They didn't even remove the nail! Put a patch right over the top! Worse tire service I've ever had! Employees there obviously do not care. Too busy to care. It's tires, not rocket science. Do not go there unless you wanna throw away money, time, and have to redo it again somewhere else!

The owner John and his associates care about our community. I teach Special Education at a local High School and John welcomed a student with a hearing disability to learn the auto repair and tire business at his store, he and his staff are generous and courageous. Our staff at GCHS are grateful for business owners and community members like John and his staff.

Less than 24 hours after I walk out to go to work to find my tire fully deflated . The warranty only covers changing a tire which they did not give me my old good ones like I asked as a spare. I missed my first shift in 3 years and a full day of pay. I also paid another company to fix my tire since Big O was closed. That happen the first 24hours after paying them $700 for this service. My wife dropped the kids off at daycare and as she was coming home the road hazard light as well as my engine light came on. I have no idea why I made this horrible choice by going to this Location.

I purchased a full set of tires, and had the Big O store in Evans, Colorado mount and balance them. After leaving, I noticed the tires had differing amounts of air, and when my husband went around to check them he found they not only had differing amounts, but one of the wheels was missing 2 lugnuts and another lugnut, on the same wheel, was cross-threaded. One of the broken ones we knew about. The other was broken by the Big O employee and I was not even warned that I had only 2 working lugnuts. And, those 2, because of the one that is cross-threaded, will not stay tightened. Someone claiming to be the manager... I now believe it to have been the owner, called my phone saying they had spoken to the worker and he was claiming that the stud broke when he was removing the lugnut. However, no one mentioned anything to me at the time of occurrence. The man on the message made it sound like they were doing me a favor. I was upset, reasonably so. I have had to stop to tighten my lugs every 50-60 miles. This issue went to the store manager, and the store owner... but because I was still upset with their lack of concern that their employee did not even mention how unsafe he made my vehicle before I drove off, the manager, Dan, said he was not doing anything, and the owner, Jon, said that if I paid them $130 they would fix the one they broke, the one they cross-threaded, and the one that was previously broken. Heck of a guy... I didn't need $130 worth of work prior to taking it in. I would warn anyone who considers taking their car to Big O to make sure to do an inspection after purchase/installation. The TV inside the store had a page that said trust installed everytime.... those were my expectations.

I was very satisfied on the service and how quickly they were able to get the tires installed. I do wish there were more rebates for those who do not have the Big-O-Tires or Goodyear credit cards. Overall, very satisfied.

I arrived at the store at 5:30 with a flat tire that I needed fixed. I rushed to get there because I really needed the tire. I was told that even though the store closes at 6 there was no time to fix my tire. I am sitting at firestone getting it fixed. Lost my business permanently.

Oil change took an hour and a half, and I made an appointment the day before. Also, there was only 1 other car being worked on. Very rude people that work there. I will not be going back there.
