I needed tires for my car really bad I went online to order the tires I found a set that were $50 a piece when I attempted to order them online it made me create an account and I created an account it made the tires go up to 179 a piece I got a phone call from Luke the next morning and I was going to cancel my appointment due to the fact that I could not afford those tires Luke was able to find me four more tires he ordered them and had them delivered to the store and they showed up that afternoon I went up and had them installed and I was on my way within an hour very very happy with the service there

The store team was very helpful and knowledgeable. They are always friendly and polite.

I was told by a different tire company that they couldnt patch my tire and I would have to buy a new one. I came to Big O, they checked my tire, and said they could patch it for free before just buying a new tire. It was nice to feel cared for and not just my wallet.

It was quick, and while there wasn't finished specific to oil change rates, it was completely in my expectations for price.

The on-line reservation system was not working and that aspect was super super super aggravating!
