Big O Tires

Thousands of miles from home I took my RV in for a noise in the front end. Turned put to be a cracked brake rotor. Adam and the guys took care of us like family. Super professional team, wish they were in Florida so they could be my go to guys. Thanks Again Scott, Wilma and Benji

My tires were not part of normal stock. Big O ordered and they were received in two days. They were able to schedule me in for installation the day received. All personnel were courteous and knowledgeable.

We were traveling back from a nice vacation in Montrose Colorado heading home to Phoenix Arizona when we had a serious blowout of one of our tires which left us stranded just outside Telluride Colorado on Hwy 145. once we safely made it to Cortez Colorado we found out that the tires we had issues with were recall tires from Michelin and was referred to Big O Tires which is a Michelin dealer. Big tires worked with Michelin and got new tires for us and we were able to make it home safely. We are so grateful for all the help they gave!!

We had tire issues while traveling through the area. Big O took care of us by ordering what we needed and we were on the road the nest day. Not close to home so we will likely not be back at this location. I thought the price was excessive but while traveling you don't have much of a choice.

When presented with a conundrum, a solution was offered by Adam which unraveled the mess.

Tawny D and associates took care of us and Adam helped price the tires the day before. Brought in 2 8 week old puppies in crate, amazing local customers to chat with and overall excellent experience. Saw friends and people we run cows with. Awesome. 2 hours plus but perfect.

Stopped in while on a six week road trip with my family from Pennsylvania. We were having problems with brakes on my van. Nolan greeted us and was very professional and friendly. They immediately pulled the tires to check things out and made a minor adjustment and didn't charge us anything. Thanks for your outstanding service and kindness to us!

The alignment tech , in my opinion is the best in the area. The people that work ther are always friendly and answer all my questions. What a great team Spencer has put together. Always a place to go to get great service.
