Product, service and employee help were all great - only problem was time to get my product to the store which may not be the stores fault!!

I'm on a leisurely drive around the US and unfortunately punctured one of my almost new tires on my truck in a very remote area. After managing to get it changed I discovered the closest Big O was about 100 miles away in Cortez. I rerouted my trip since I had the road hazard coverage. I bought the tires at the Big O in Evergreen Colorado who were absolutely amazing in their service. The Cortez store maintains the quality that Evergreen has. I showed up with no appt and they had me on the road again within an hour. Great people and service.

On the way to Atlanta Ga found out my tire had a slow leak was looking for a tire shop this shop came up with good reviews ...we had a spare tire in my car the put it on for free didn't charge...tried to pay they still didn't want the money ...thank you for helping us get back to Atlanta safely

Cortez Big O has rescued me a few times....they always get my car in right away and fix a flat or mount new tires. Wait times are pretty short overall.

I wanted to say THANK YOU to you and the rest of the team there at the Big O Tires store in Cortez CO. I was very impressed that your team took what feels like a personal interest in this project to install new wheels on my 2017 Subaru WRX. I noticed lots of little things. For example, I noticed they took time to clean up the wheels after they were put on. I noticed they used rags to make sure the wheels didn't get scratched up. They set the wheels down on cardboard instead of setting them on the cement. I could go on and on. I got there at 5:00 PM which was a full 1 hour before closing. I don't think I left until 6:30 PM which means I kept them late. They didn't complain about having to stay late. In fact, they seemed to be a little excited. I appreciate their willingness to see the job thru to the end. I know you and the rest of the team work on tires and wheels all day so it may be just another day at work, but I was very excited to get the new wheels on my car. It was a special occasion for me and their enthusiasm was noticed and appreciated. They were both professional and made me feel good as a customer. Most people will only take the time to say something if there is a problem that needs to be resolved. In this case, I wanted to say THANK YOU from a very happy customer.
