What a great place to do business. Everyone is friendly and there are no surprises.

This group of folks keeps impressing me. We started our business together when someone made a mistake. That made it right at their cost. When I stopped by right before closing this time they not only got my tires changed, but fixed a previous shops mistake and saved me a ton of money.

I thought I needed a front in alignment and took my car in. They showed me the printout, did some adjustments on the rear of the car, and it rides beautifully now. The service took the amount of time they predicted and was reasonably priced. I was given some recommendations to prevent the same problem in the future.

Fast service just what I need.

This place literally saved our lives. We were traveling back in June 2016 from Texas up to Gunnison. The second morning of our trip we noticed a bulge in our rear tire just as we were coming into Salida. Being from out of town, we were lucky to find Big O. They could have charged us a ridiculous amount of money and we would have paid it. But they didn't. They are HONEST and just GOOD PEOPLE. Even the manager rolled up his sleeves to help facilitate and quickly get us out the door and on our way. Can't say enough about this local company and the good people working there! Thank you!!

I've been doing business with them for years. Believe me, I would not be a returning customer if I was not satisfied. For what it's worth, I owned three (3) tire stores in the past so I probably know what I.m talking about.

Okay, so I'm older school and more appreciative of the good ole customer service. My first visit was purchasing tires. They were very knowledgeable about the tire's since I travel a lot. I found out that they do oil changes and regular maintenance on vehicles. I have taken my Jeep Grand Cherokee to them since. The owners are the nicest people ever!! You feel like you're just part of the family while your car is getting maintenanced. Waiting room is comfortable, snacks, coffee, drinks are all available. I always get my appointment right when. I need to. The mechanics do a great job. I would recommend this Big O in Salida to everyone!! They are quick too. Thanks to all of you at Big O in Salida. Grateful customer.. Cindy
