The guy at the counter was so reluctant to help me I almost walked out. If I wasn't in desperate need, I would have. ATT cell service was poor and I was not able to use thieir phone to call and discuss options as they did not have "long distance" (- same state-). I was told they could also not call me when service was complete, as they could not call long distance. Seems as though being able to call all area codes in your state would be a benefit to your business. After the inital (new set of tires) order, I interacted with the gal, who was much friendlier and helpful.

I have always been satisfied with my experiences with Big O

1.5 hr for oil change with appointment not good. You made me great deals on tires but I'll have to get other servicing elsewhere.

I had a hitch put on my truck and all went well. On time as promised.

The whole appt. thing is a total joke. It took 1.25 hrs just to pull my car into the bay. 2.5 hrs when you have an appt.? Then they sell you on spending more than you want. $500 for buy 2 get 2 free? How did I fall for that? I'll never go back again. Scam artists.

I purchased 2 new tires for the front of my 2000 Nissan Frontier At your store at 5570 E Hwy 50, Salida, CO a few weeks ago. The right front hub is now missing 3 studs and 2 of the remaining studs are stripped. Since the store is an hour and a half from my home, my mechanic is fixing it. I'm rather brutally dissatisfied.

i came into this store over the weekend for assistance with a flat . At first all seemed good and i was appreciative of the fact that they were open . that is where it ended, when there tire mechanic got short with me over the type of tires i had on my vehicle and did not want to put the used tire i needed on . to explain i have a full size van (E250) and have allterrain passenger tires on it . they are not LT's but carry a load rating of more than enough for my van and its use's . the mechanic got sarcastically rude and wished me an ill fated 4th of july . he claimed it was illegal and i did not have the right to put the tire of my choosing on the vehicle i own . by the measure of his words to me he already had me having a blow out and killing people on the highway and then suing them for putting on the tire! i asked why he felt he should treat a paying customer in this way to which he never really addressed that he just continued to talk to me with extreme disrespect .i understand liability issues but that does not justify this manner of behavior from a professional . after a few minutes the owner of the shop approached me but made no attempt to make things right just reinforced the behavior of his mechanic with more down talk to me . i feel it important to say weather or not i am right or wrong on the type and application of the tires that i choose and subsequently needed it does not give the mechanic on duty or the owner of the shop the right to treat a customer rudely regardless of the customers behavior . that is the mark of a good business . especially with the owner . i was however very polite and appreciative up to a point before i finally lost my cool . in the end the owner asked me to leave and refused to let me pay saying only he wanted me to leave his shop . so while i got a free tire i was treated so poorly that it is unlikely i will ever return to big o tires at any location . after some research i have found that there is no rule that says i cannot put p tires on instead of LT only that you must subtract 9% of load rating to compensate for the change and most tire manufactures already factor that in to the load rating stamped into side wall of the tire . with that formula i had over a half a ton of spare load weight left based on uses and gsvw . morale of this long story is if you feel like some one is scamming you or lying to you they probably are and in this case it felt like an a tempt to force me into four new tires instead of the one used one that i needed . thanks big o tires in salida , colorado for the stress and the free tire .

I would love to give a review except for the fact that I've been waiting for almost a week for someone to call me & tell me that the tires I ordered last week have come in. I ordered a set of 4 tires, was told they'd be shipped out the next morning and would be in the shop by noon & to await a call from them. I called at 2 pm the following day & was told they hadn't gotten to it yet as they were extremely busy. I called the next day & was told they still hadn't gotten the chance to get them off the truck yet. It's been 3 more days & I haven't heard anything from you. I guess you dont want my money or my business.

Big O researched tires for my F-150 to help me make a decision, special ordered them and installed. They were very helpful, professional and did the job quickly at a good price.

Rick Young discussed with me various options for snow tires for our new Volvo XC-70 and gave me good advice. They studded the tires per my instructions as soon as they arrived at the shop, and they installed them on the car early the next morning. I am please with the service I received.
