Big O Tires

3 out of 4 summer tires not properly balanced when mounted on rims replacing winter tires. The result was a noticeable shimmy at 65mph. When I returned all tires were checked and the 3 rebalanced. Then the shimmy disappeared.

Iam always treated like a friend. The coffee is great. I will surely miss Justin, I have know him for 12 years at Big O.

the price for an oil change charges for 6 quarts of oil even if your car only takes 4. It would make more sense to not break down the item on the receipt because it shows I was charged over 6 $ for 2 extra quarts of oil, not leaving me feeling real good about the experience.

I have been coming at Big O for years and they always take good care of me and the car!

We have used your services for many years and have always been very satisfied. We brought our 98 Blazer to get tuned up so that our youngest granddaughter could drive as soon as she gets her license. She has wanted this car since she was a little girl and we wanted to make sure it was ready for her. This is why we chose to spend so much on this car. It was an hour and a half before getting my car back for an oil change that I had an appointment for. Appointments should be scheduled better so that people waiting to get their cars aren't there so long. Other than that, love the staff at TK!

I am not sure how to review this. The service was top notch, got a good set of tires, however, I was told my struts were bad. By the way my tires wore. They recommended a strut job. One of the tires that was bad was on the rear. No struts back there .... I took the car to get a second opinion and in no way were my shocks or struts bad. The crazy thing is is there was a funky noise from the minute I left the tire shop coming from my driver front tire. This was where they told me too that this strut was bad. Took tire off and found hanging, a rubber tent strap hanging from the spring near the strut. Now you tell me if that's "fishy". No noise entering tire shop, then clinging and clanking when I left. I do have a distrust in this business since they diagnosed just on tires, without looking at actual strut AND shocks. And finding that strap.

Overall my experience was okay. I came in and needed 4 tires. They had 2 and ordered the others from Denver. They were due in on Friday and I was to come back on Saturday morning. When I arrived on Saturday I was told the truck broke down and the tires did not arrive. Amber asked me if I had received a call and she had not called me. I would not have had to make a trip had I been notified.
