The area rug in the customer waiting area was filthy. Otherwise, the service was excellent and prompt, and the guys were courteous and efficient.

Had a great experience last week at the Big O Tires in Monument. I went in for a oil change, tire rotation and my front brakes where squeaking. After 35 minutes the technician drove my car up. Oil lube and filter done and tires rotated. He talked to me about my brakes and said it was just break dust. Great integrity, I honestly believed I needed a brake job. Thanks Big O Tires for saving me money. I will definitely go back.

I needed to have my tires balanced but I was on a tight schedule. The technician really worked fast to get it done in time and the surprise? There was no charge! I will be needing new tires for another vehicle later this year and I will definitely buy from Big O.

Big O sold me a tire package deal and even followed up to remind me when it was time for my free tire rotation. Got it in and out within same morning. Great team, great service.
