Paid to get my tires rotated and balanced pretty sure they did not even rotate the tires. And they neglected to tell me that one of my tires was out of round, found that out from a diffrent shop afterwards.

I was quoted a price for tires and mounting. 925 plus tax. When I paid it was 1100 dollars. I told the associate the I didn’t want or need the $120 insurance nor did I need the $ 32 special TPM valves since my car does not have TPM. She reluctantly refunded the $120 but said that the TPM valves were what they always did. I shouldn’t have to pay for TPM valves. My car is a 2003. I don’t think that was an option on cars back then. And what value does it bring to me except a $32 hole in my pocket???

What took spo long???: I took my vehicle in for a rotate & balance as part of a service policy for a set of tires I purchased from Big O.I dropped my vehicle off at 7:15A.M. Sat., Oct. 15. I was told that two others were ahead of me. I left the car and asked them to call when it was done. SEVEN hours later, I still hadn't heard from them so I stopped by to see what the delay was about. The car was done but no one bothered to notify me.I have had problems with nearly every R&R I have had done. One time, I had to bring the car back several times because the balance was done improperly. I am certainly going to weigh these issues heavily when I need to replace these tires!

I go to your store because of Bo. He is very helpful and honest. He keeps you informed and doesn't make a decision to do something to your vehicle without confirming first. In the past I have felt like people in there were a little shady and would do things to my vehicles that maybe didn't need to be done. If he's not in the store I turn back around and walk out.

This is for the Normandy Blvd store. My husband normally takes our vehicles in but he was sick and I took his truck. He has taken this truck to this store for 4 years and they've always put conventional motor oil in his truck. I said to the manager, Mike, that I wanted to conventional motor oil just like always and the oil change normally runs around $35. He printed the paperwork and very harshly shoved it in front of me and highlighted it and said the minimum today is $49.95. I asked why and he said your vehicle requires synthetic oil. He was very rude, he came across as a bully. I told him that I would put him on the phone with my husband and put it on speaker phone. My husband told him to put the conventional oil and and he said Tire Kingdom will only put synthetic oil in. and argued at length with my husband. My husband told me to leave the store. When I got home 15 minutes later my husband told me to turn around and go back to the store because he had a heated conversation with Mike and he agreed to do the oil change with the conventional oil. I arrived back at the store at about 10:35. I didn't leave the store until 12:35. First they let me sit in the waiting room for an hour without one word. When I finally got up and asked what was going on, they pulled the truck into the bay and lifted it. They, however, still didn't work on the truck. After 30 more minutes I asked when the truck would be done. Mike, who at this point was sitting in a corner of the garage inaccessible to customers, said "we have no idea". I was visibly irritated and called my husband again. Five minutes later they worked on the truck. The animosity Mike projected was palpable. It was so uncomfortable being in his presence. I felt bullied through the process. One of the employees did apologize and said that Mike isn't a good guy and that he treats many of his customers and the employees the same way. We have a lot of vehicles and we will not be back to that store. They lost loyal long time customers because of Mike.

I had my tires rotated and balanced. After that service, I get a noticeable vibration starting at 60 Mph. I will need return for a follow up visit to have them balanced again.

I am a long standing customer and I have noticed a recent decline i. Your customer service. I believe it may be related to a person or two in your shop. I called a few weeks ago and needed my tires checked out and described some other symptoms over the phone. The person i spoke too did not listen and seemed to want to argue about what the problem may be. Then Saturday Setpmber 30 I got up early and thought I would get to big o by 7 when you open for an oil change and tire rotatation. I have done this before as the shop is usually not busy. The person i spoke to abruptly asked if I had an appointment and I explained I did not. He stated that I would have to have an appointment since they were "slammed" and his oil change guy does not show up till 8 am. I then asked when I could get in.....he responded at 11 am. Although ideas able to get an appointment the same day.....i did not like the attitude or interaction I had with the gentleman. Just thought you should know about this as I notice a marked and stark shift in your customer service and approach. Thanks for listening. I only shared this due to your email asking for feedback. Sincerely, Mark

I want to hear from someone who has the authority to deal with a situation with Mike, who was managing the store on Saturday March 16th.

I have been a long term customer over a number of years. It seems like the store is struggling with internal communication and efficiency. My new tires were installed and alignment not completed until I asked about it. This was particularly important in that I hit a pot hole that blew out a tire and bent a rim. I would recommend looking at your managers performance because it seems like there is poor coordination happening.

I have spent several $1000s on tires and rims at the Normandy location . when I called to get an appointment to spend more on tires and rims . I was told they were too busy and couldn't get rims and then he stated that" I am only one person and I'm overwhelmed right now " . I would like to give a big thank you to the Tire Kingdom at Normandy for wasting my time . I will be taking my business elsewhere!

They stated that a part was bad when it was actually perfectly OK. They did not reset my low pressure tire sensor so I had to take the time to bring the vehicle back. Otherwise the tires that I got were fine

Service was good and not high pressure up-selling like some places. Good recommendation with substantiation. On the other hand, my driveway now has it first oil stain in 20 years... not because of leaking but because of drooling from the oil change activity.

I am completely dumbfounded as to how I show up to pick up my vehicle and different tires than I had ordered were on my vehicle! I just got home and I must say, I am even more aggravated than I was when I picked up my vehicle. I was in the store and spoke with Calvin who had helped me pick out Cooper Discover tires, which were in stock and I scheduled an appointment to have them put on. When I go back in to pick up my vehicle, completely different tires were on my car!! I am NOT HAPPY. I mentioned this multiple times and was told "Oh our manager sold the ones you wanted haha" and "don't worry, you'll really like these!" Well that's great, but it is NOT WHAT I WANTED and NO ONE CALLED TO EVEN ASK IF THIS WAS OK!!! This is unacceptable business practice!!

Despite having an appointment, it took THREE HOURS for an oil change and alignment. Unfortunately, this was the time I chose to wait in the waiting area. The staff was nice enough, but they seemed extremely short-handed. Next time, Jiffy Lube would be a quicker option.
