Took a little too long for a oil change tire rotation and alignment with an appointment 1st thing in a am 2 hours seemed too long

Prompt, convenient, convenient

The car drove well after the new tires and new battery. However there was a heavy cigarette smell in the car which took two days to disappear.

Needed to havey snowblower tire fixed before the next snowfall - the ctew found a way, and I was ready when the blizzard arrived, clearing 11' downfall abd 3 1/2 foot drifts.

Used a coupon for a tire rotation and had my oil changed. Good value for what I paid. Nice people

Flat tire service: The wait time for the flat tire fix was minimal and the service personnel were friendly.

I have been coming to this store since 2005. I stay a customer because of the professionalism and the great service. My camp trailer got a sidewall tear and the dealer sent me to a tire store. So I looked online for an exact replacement 8ply. I went to Big O and they said they had a 10 ply in stock but an 8 ply would take a few days. So I decided I would order the exact replacement so I didn't cause any issues while pulling. Go in to get tire day after they said to expect it would be done. Wasn't done, no big deal since I didn't need it until next weekend. Went in 2 days later to get it and found out they didn't order exact match brand etc, just size and sidewalls. So I paid double (total) of what exact match was online (without mounting etc). It looks like a decent tire but still wanted exact match and when they special ordered tire feel like they could have told me what to expect.

I just came in for a replacement battery, having bought the failing battery at Big O. It took a while but they finally found what battery they needed and credited me appropriately. The problem was the Interstate delivery guy had already left on a run. They told me it would be about an hour total. It was closer to two.

They stated that a part was bad when it was actually perfectly OK. They did not reset my low pressure tire sensor so I had to take the time to bring the vehicle back. Otherwise the tires that I got were fine

I had service about a month ago.It was a blustery cold day.I arrived early so I could be the first customer and the designated opening manager must have had some challenge that required attention, because the other manager arrived 20 minutes later and quickly opened up and took care of the customers.

I go to your store because of Bo. He is very helpful and honest. He keeps you informed and doesn't make a decision to do something to your vehicle without confirming first. In the past I have felt like people in there were a little shady and would do things to my vehicles that maybe didn't need to be done. If he's not in the store I turn back around and walk out.

This place routinely has the best prices around here.They sometimes forget to call when tires come in, but I never have big problems.

It was fine, techs not very clean and leave your car dirty

Had my brakes repaired and they did a great job at a reasonable price.

I had my tires rotated and balanced. After that service, I get a noticeable vibration starting at 60 Mph. I will need return for a follow up visit to have them balanced again.
