I came in on Thursday to make an appointment for new tires, mount and balance. The taller, thinner Nate (who, by the way, needs to learn how grown-ups wear pants) was behind the counter. He started to help me, then the phone rang. I told him to go ahead and answer because I had to get my paperwork out. But he was still on the phone about 10 minutes later while I was standing in front of him. In a case like that, it is better customer service for the business to put the caller on hold and attend to the person who is actually in the store. Eventually, the other Nate came out and helped me set up the appointment and put in the order for the tires. He told me the appointment would take approximately 45 minutes, so I made the appointment for the next day at 9:00am because I had another appt elsewhere at 10:20. I was told the service would take approximately 45 minutes. That may have been the case, however, I kept waiting for someone to tell me my car was ready. As it got later and later, I got up to ask what the delay was because I had to leave for my other appt. As I got up, I noticed that my car was already out in the parking lot. Apparently it had been finished but no one told me it was done. I went to counter where the taller, skinnier Nate looked around at all of the clipboards but seemed not to find mine. I pointed to one and said, "How about that one? That looks like my key." Yes it was mine. Since Nate didn't ask which car was mine,, I don't know what he was looking for, but he wasn't going to find it if he didn't know what he was looking for. I paid and left, however,... I missed my other appointment. I was seriously PISSED OFF and the taller, skinnier Nate seriously needs to get a clue.

I originally went with a great price point tire that worked financially. I did not appreciate its performance. We ended up exchanging it with a great Michelin tire that exceeded my expectations at a very small additional charge! Staff was very understanding, zero drama and even checked my new alignment (I did with an oil change at an other no name facility) and did not charge for the correction. Great Place, Great People and my new home for oil changes and maintenance with people I can trust!

My wait time was less than 45 minutes.I was expecting much longer since they seemed to be busy with other vehicles.

THe Big O in Monument just worked in the issue of severe tire wobble on my Jeep. Cost seems really high both this and last time I had work done (front brakes). While the work seems to be done well, the costs are - OUCH!!

Joe (new employee) ordered new tires to be delivered the next day. Unfortunately he ordered the wrong size resulting a delay of several hours before other tires could ordered and available- Generally your service is superb.

They have been always great. Fast friendly and fair they don't try to sell you stuff that you don't need and are honest which can be rare in this business I recommend them for tires and mechanical work, I will return for more business with them because of those reasons

Flat tire service: The wait time for the flat tire fix was minimal and the service personnel were friendly.

Had multiple maintenance services performed, including transmission flush, brake fluid flush, power steering flush, oil change, and fuel & cabin air replaced. Dan answered all my questions and provided excellent customer service, very satisfied!

My camp trailer got a sidewall tear and the dealer sent me to a tire store. So I looked online for an exact replacement 8ply. I went to Big O and they said they had a 10 ply in stock but an 8 ply would take a few days. So I decided I would order the exact replacement so I didn't cause any issues while pulling. Go in to get tire day after they said to expect it would be done. Wasn't done, no big deal since I didn't need it until next weekend. Went in 2 days later to get it and found out they didn't order exact match brand etc, just size and sidewalls. So I paid double (total) of what exact match was online (without mounting etc). It looks like a decent tire but still wanted exact match and when they special ordered tire feel like they could have told me what to expect.

I had a good experience, but several customers left because there was only one service man working and the wait times were too long for them. My own oil change was done in 20 minutes, but I have reservations about returning if they do not get more help.
