great timely and proficient service

I made a appointment for tire rotation and balance. She checked me in and told me it would be about 30 minutes. It did take the 30 minutes and she promptly came to me with my keys and I was on my way. Very good service and very friendly.

i bought new snow tires with studs. The people that work at Big O Tires treat me very well. It makes me feel good that even though I might be overcautious getting studded snow tires that the reception people treat me with respect, professionalism, and are ready to answer any questions that I may have about my vehicle and tires. I always joke that I invest in tires. The employees laugh and joke right along with me which I really appreciate. I always have a great experience.

I am very pleased with Mark and his staff. They got my baby (truck) back on the road in one day. Most shops told me drop it off a week or didn't want to deal with a lady I suspect. I just moved here from AZ and I think I found my new shop for my baby. Thanks again guys
