I had a good experience, but several customers left because there was only one service man working and the wait times were too long for them. My own oil change was done in 20 minutes, but I have reservations about returning if they do not get more help.

Big O tires did a great job

Wow, the folks at Big O took great care of me again! When my slow tire leak turned out to be a screw where they couldn't repair, and they didn't have it in stock due to short nationwide shortage, they found the tire at another Big O shop, special ordered the tire under warrantee -- rushed it -- and when it came in, they had it on in a flash. Couldn't be happier.

Took a little too long for a oil change tire rotation and alignment with an appointment 1st thing in a am 2 hours seemed too long

The car drove well after the new tires and new battery. However there was a heavy cigarette smell in the car which took two days to disappear.
