I have been a customer at that store for a long time now and will continue to be, I have a good rap ore with them. Wow, the folks at Big O took great care of me again! When my slow tire leak turned out to be a screw where they couldn't repair, and they didn't have it in stock due to short nationwide shortage, they found the tire at another Big O shop, special ordered the tire under warrantee -- rushed it -- and when it came in, they had it on in a flash. Couldn't be happier.

Customer service was always very friendly. Let me know what maintenance was coming do on the car.

The scheduled maintenance took a bit longer than anticipated but sometimes it goes that way, which I understand. Very good service and great friendly staff to work with.
