Big O sold me a tire package deal and even followed up to remind me when it was time for my free tire rotation. Got it in and out within same morning. Great team, great service.

Began patronizing Monument Big O last summer when I moved to Monument. The guys at Big O now greet me by name, know and understand my car and perform timely quality service. Small town feel, big time service. Best of all is that they are close and don't feel that I need to "shop around"�! I would give a shout out to Nathan, but don't want to slight the guys that actually donthe work :)

I did not have a good experience the time before I had visited Big O.I told the assistant manager and he fixed my tire which had been losing pressure for more than a month, rotated my tires, and changed my oil.He apologized for the previous issue and was very courteous. Thank you Big-O.I will be back!
