Excellent service

I have bought several sets of tires from Big-O. The free rotation and airing up, which I always take advantage of before a trip are such a big plus. Sometimes other problems are seen during the rotation, like worn brakes, but better to have them fixed than to have them fail.

Came in with no appointment because my tire was almost flat. I was in and out in 20 minutes and they fixed it for free. These guys are awesome!

This is the second time I have taken my inspection sheets from a dealership to Big O.They have always come in under what the dealers charge and have been honest about whether or not they can provide the service.I have quit going to the dealership altogether, unless it is something Big O can't do.
