Big O Tires

Been coming here for years there has been some good and bad experiences but it happens and I definitely will continue to go there for my tire needs .

I made an appointment, dropped my car off for two front tires and in under 30 minutes it was done. These people are awesome, the whole staff.

Professional and explained minor delays but went above and beyond to provide assistance. Even filled my 1 gallon water jugs in the back of my car which helped as my well pump was not functional at the time.

Pueblo Colorado Big O from the manager who makes things happen to the crew in the work area that gets the job done...excellent job I was there on 10/12/19 it was crazy busy so many customers,I got my alignment correctly done no whining no snibling from any of the Big O team. Good job guys

TIRES WERE ORDERED FOR SPECIFIC RIMS AND DELIVERED PROMPTLY. THEY CONTACTED ME TO NOTIFY ME OF THE DELIVERY. I CAME IN AND THEY WERE ABLE TO PUT MY TIRES ON IN A VERY TIMELY MATTER, AS WELL AS LOOK AT SOMETHING REQUESTED ON MY CAR WITHOUT COMPLAINT, ESPECIALLY AT THE END OF THE DAY. I LOVE MY NEW TIRES AND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS EXCELLENT.

Good service when I bought my tires and good prices and big o stands behind their tires by executing good free service after the purchase by fixing flats and what ever else might arise with the tires.

Rapid service per usual at this location

This is Pueblo any store having what you want is rare. But the gentleman told me we can have the tires in a couple hours and then installed. I went shopping came back 4 hours later and my car was done. Got to love that!
