Big O Tires

The guys that work here clearly have no knowledge on how adjustable ball joints work. Treated me like I am a pos kid that knows nothing. Will never be back to support this store. Very unsatisfied with how the worked constantly talked shit about my truck with me standing right by them.

Very fast, friendly, professional, clean, well spoken, understood questions, all worked together smoothly, didn't see no tension, didn't see anyone NOT working, answered phones very professionally. Never shop here. Workers dented center caps, left hood open, lug nut wrench on lug nut. This was on the second visit. On the first visit, I bought tires and had them save old tires as there were still in great condition and they loaded them up in the back of my new Toyota Sequioa Platinum with tan interior with no plastic on the tires. Can't understand why they would do it. Black marks on headliner, carpet and sides. So dissapointed. The worker put tires on a set of rims and used a metal hammer to put the center caps back on and have dents everywhere. Can't understand why these workers would do that. Wouldn't truck these people with my car ever again. Charlie was supposed to replace the center caps and after he said they order them would not respond again. Not good.

I’ve been going to Big O for 15 years! I love Big O, and the staff in Pueblo are always awesome! A great bunch! I took in my friends truck from Arizona who had also purchased Big O tires. I had borrowed his truck for a move and had big o service it. Every Big O we have dealt with has been great!

Geoff 2as great but he is not who I got when I first came in the door. The guy I got was older and sour from the start. Our verbal exchange was not good. I felt defensively because of what he said to me. Then I waited an hour for one tire change and rotate...while the guy that came in after me and whos car went back before mine got finished before mine. Nole not happy at all.

I ordered and made a deposit on a tire Dec.7. I was never called when the tire came in and when I went in Dec.17 the person I ordered with was not working. The other people could not find the tire was ever ordered. I came back on Dec. 18 to talk with the person I dealt with ordering. Found out the tire was not available. No one ever called me about this. Very disappointed with the situation. Finally on Dec. 18 they did return my deposit money. Bad service and no communication.

I was paying for my vehicle my card ran and my vehicle was parked by the front door when another tech comes up and says you need a new filter which they installed but my truck was already at the front door and ready to leave.My husband called back after I got home and asked them if they were going to release it without an air filter the employee goes oh no the truck will still being serviced and he said no it was by the front door the guy stutters and goes oh ok we'll give your next oil change for free. Brakes were quoted that day as well but I did not take it back after that experience. We take both our vehicles there cause we thought it was honest so now we search for another place.

The tires I had purchased for my F150 a couple of years ago had been recalled. I wanted to upgrade to an10 ply and pay the difference. Big O did the upgrade for just the cost of nitrogen and a 4 wheel alignment! I have been buying tires for over 45 years, this is the BEST deal I've been offered. We have incurred some large medical debts recently and this was truly a Godsend! THANK you SO much! A customer for life.

I brought my car in on Monday, with a damaged tire. They said they could get one in the next day no problem. Next day no call. I call them and sit on hold 15 min. No answer . Call back in afternoon. They look fir 20 min no tire. Promise it will be in We'd. And they will call me. Wed no call. I call them at 11, yes tire is in. I go and wait 2 hours while they put on 1 tire. Then they inform me I have a 2 nd tire damaged and they will have to orde it!!!!! I don't have all week to get my tires fixed.

Never again. 6 month ago, bought tires and rims and they put old tires on back of Toyota Sequoia Platinum SUV with no plastic on them. Black all over top, carpets and leather seats. Went back last month and after getting home realize they destroyed my center caps on my factory rims. Talked to Charlie and sent him pictures. Looks like they used metal hammer to hit center caps. Heard nothing back from Charlie after he said it would be taken care of. Rims has scratches on them that were not there when I took them in. So disappointing. Paid 70,000 for this truck just to have a group of workers treat it like it was a Pinto. Also, when Charlie and I went out to look at truck after getting work done, hood was left open in parking lot. Don't know why. When Charlie and I walked around truck, we found the worker had left the lug nut socket still on socket on the tire. Such carelessness will really hurt someone. I really like Charlie, great guy to work with. Would work with him any day but the workers in the shop will cause me to never go back.

Came in fix quickly and that included removing wheel locks and replacing the for lug nuts with new ones.

I am happy with my tires.the sales guy was very helpful the thing I am not happy about is that i had flat tire .when i got to Denver i took it to another BIg O late about to close. the service guy said who ever put the tires on did not tighten the valve stem plus I had scratch on my truck. I did call back to the store where. They were mounted the guy told me to take it hopefully they will fix it. I scheduled a appointment to put new tires on my daughter's car.

Came in for a flat repair and was greeted promptly and taken care of in the time they quoted

Had a free flat repair done on the right rear.all good paid for a rotate. Mainly because I felt guilty about a free repair. Plugged tire still on right rear when done. I'm currently a certified tech. And been in the automotive business for 29 year including 14 years of managing a retail garage. Did not complain, just bad service.

Employee associate is very helpful and honest to help customers. Ken is a excellent employee whom helps customers and great communication skills.

One of the employees took my cat for a joy ride after he did my alignment never going back again

Very friendly staff! Took the time to make sure everything was fixed correctly and made sure I knew what was wrong and assured me that it was fixed. Loved Katie!
