Sadly this location has gone down hill as far as customer service goes over the last few years. If you need your tires rotated and balanced plan on spending at least 90 minutes in store. The last 2 times I've gone in for a roatation I've spent over 90 minutes waiting for then to rotate the tires and both times they broke one of my lugnuts and never told me until I asked how much longer it would be. As for their feet alignment check I've left the last 2 times I've askwd them to check the alignment as it's been over 2 hours I've been in store and they've had empty bays. These issues all started after the owners stopped having a major presence in the store.

HAD OIL CHANGE AND THEN FOUND OIL ON FLOOR GARAGE. WENT BACK TO BIGO AND FOUND THAT THE OIL DRAIN PLUG WAS PUT ON WRONG. I WAS TOLD IT WAS DEFECTIVE BUT NOT TRUE.

I purchased 4 tires with a replacement warrantee. I had a flat Caused by a nail and the tire needed to be replaced. The replacement was covered by the replacement policy I purchased. I still was charged over 31 dollars for the mounting and other charges. This is the first set of tires I have purchased from Big O. I have had the same situation after purchasing tires from Discount Tires and there was no charge. I will never purchase tires from Big O again.

My vehicle was serviced with only 15 additional minutes extra to what I was told when I arrived. Employees were excellent. Nobody but me and the employees were wearing masks in the waiting area, although the signs are posted that masks are mandatory. I know some people don't like wearing them, but businesses who are requiring them should adhere to that.

They are extremely high priced on labor. And did not want to replace a tire 6 months old for a large chunk missing. It is nothing I did so it was obvious the road had to cause it

I spent 10 hours 12 minutes in Big O Pueblo today. This is 8 hours more than needed. I bought tires and had an alignment done. After this was completed I did leave only to discover that my tire sensing system was no longer working and the "alignment"� now caused my vehicle to pull hard to the right. I returned to Big O to have the issues corrected. Prieto, the store manager, told me he didn't know what happened this morning but he would get his "good mechanic"� to work on my truck this afternoon. I was extremely upset to find out that he did not have a good mechanic working on my vehicle to begin with. During the 10 hours 12 minutes I had opportunity to interact and observe Geoff, Prieto and Christian. Prieto was full of apologies and excuses but really accomplished nothing. Christian was rude to me stating to Geoff "this guy is yours, do you want to deal with him?"� I, as a consumer, expect "Customer Service"�, not to be "dealt with"�. Geoff is your one shining star. He showed professionalism and compassion throughout the 10 hour ordeal and ultimately was the employee that finally figured out how to program a sensor.

The staff was friendly and easy to work with. They got my vehicle in almost immediately and the waiting area was nice. I appreciate the availability so that we could hang out while waiting. Overall it was pleasant and I will be back in about 5000 miles for my rotation.

Well after finally getting them to replace my tire they did so without telling me there was going to be a charge. It's always something!!!

So I decided to big o tires becaus they had the cheep s tire In town went in on a Thursday had to place my order and put a deposit down to get my tires shipped said they would be there on Monday. So Monday rolls around I go in and they say we did not get your order some thing went wrong even tho I had to put down 25% to even get them shipped to Pueblo so they apologized for the inconvenience and said they have them the following day with an up grade for the troubles. so Tuesday rolls around I come to get tires mounded and balances it took 2 hrs and no aliment was done, ok I'm just glad to get out of there at this point. Unfortunately my tires were not balanced right so I took my car back 3 time to have them rebalance them every time I got this done it was not done right so after a month of shity service I decided to take my car back to dodge and have it done ,they got it done right the first time wow. So point of review don't go to big o no one knows how to do there job save your time and money and go to a professional garage.

I went in for an oil change Saturday June 16th, 2018. I noticed my car was dripping oil later on in the day (around 7:00pm)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have had my car since 2006 and my car has never dripped oil. I change my oil ever 3000-4000 miles and have taken good care of my car, and i have always driven very careful .I HAVE NEVER hit the bottom of my car while driving!! I thought i would give Big O Tires a try and change my oil there. I went in first thing Monday morning June 18th, 2018 at 8:10am, to make sure the plug was on tight enough. They told me I had a pinhole in my oil pan!!!!!! I was very upset!!! When I took my car to Big O Tires, my car DID NOT HAVE A HOLE IN THE OIL PAN AND IT WAS NOT DRIPPING OIL!!! I believe something happened to my vehicle at Big O Tires and i am pissed i believe they put a hole in my oil pan!!!!! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!! I will make sure this message will be alerted to the public and I will be going to BBB also.

I had first researched the various tire selections on-line, and found one that seemed to fit our needs. I then called the nearest store to us (Salida) to see how their pricing, etc was compared to the on-line suggested $$, then called the next nearest (Canon city 40 miles away) ... asked same questions, etc ..then went ahead and called the Pueblo store also ...again asked same questions, etc. So first off, for the very same product the pricing was WAY different , which got our attention ! But also on top of that was the feedback from the various store staff I spoke with ... and "Cesar" at Pueblo was totally AWESOME ! Very polite, naturally friendly and easygoing, very knowledgeable and professional .. so refreshing in this new extra stressed out country anymore. There should be more folks like him ! I just knew the extra drive would be so more enjoyable all around. When I arrived at the store to get the tires I got to meet Ken, the manager, and felt that he and ALL of the other salespersons were all very welcoming and a great team all around. Great shopping experience for us!

I have used this location for three years and had them do the regular rotation for all my cars. I was in there this past weekend and saw that they were lifting my truck using floor jacks on the transfer case and rear end housings. This is specifically mentioned in my owners manual as a forbidden practice. I told the service guys to stop and they all got mad at me and started openly badmouthing me. They called the mgr out and he had them use the lift. I thought the problem was solved, but I was wrong. The tech who tool the center caps off my wheels just popped them off and dropped them on the concrete. Then he made a point to kick them across the floor. As a result, two of them are all scratched up now. This will be my last visit to this location.

This is the worst tire center I've ever used, by far. We paid cash for a new tire and insurance on it. Not only did it take forever, but as soon as we left we got straight on the interstate and "pop"� gos the tire about 6 miles later. And after waiting on the side of a small shoulder on a dangerous highway with my son and wife for more then 30 minutes while they decided if and who they were gonna send, once we got back they blamed it on us. I have been a mechanic for 20 years. I have 2 degrees from UTI and served as a mechanic in the army for 8 years. I know what a faulty blow out looks like, but they still tried to say I ran something over. But thx to the insurance we got, they replaced it......AFTER WAITING A WEEK FOR IT TO COME, THEN WAITING 2 HOURS IN THE STORE WHILE THEY PUT ON 1 TIRE, I STILL HAD TO PAY FOR INSTILLATION, AND NEW INSURANCE ON THE TIRE......plus no one in the store communicates cause we had to deal with 3 different people in this time and none new what was going on with the next. This place is poorly run. No one there gives a damn. I'm only 34 and could do a much better job. Never will we go back to any big O. And we pay cash for everything.
