Hello! I came in because my driver's front tire has a slow leak. I asked for it to be checked and asked if there was also time for an alignment check. The employee confirmed with another that they could check the alignment and told me they're have time. He took all of my information and keys, then confirmed both my husband's and my number to call us when the vehicle was done. I walked to run some nearby errands. Two hours later I hadn't received a call but saw our Excursion back in the lot. The employee recognized me, looked at the paperwork, and stumbled over his words as he said that "it looks like they didn't check the alignment", and quickly gave me my keys. I had my four children with me who just waited for over two hours after a day of errands so I wasn't about to question why and wait for it to be done. I kindly said that was okay and left--without paperwork-- because I was frazzled and annoyed that they somehow didn't do all I asked. I was ready to pay for an alignment, rotation, or whatever was needed, but nothing was checked or offered. Though really frustrated and discouraged that I waited all that time for them to fix a leak then didn't get a call, I was not upset and would still return to your store trusting that it was an off day and I got overlooked. BUT after getting the kids home and feed, I got in the car to leave again and noticed that the panel above the tire is bent! There is a 1.5" gap between the driver's door and the front panel. It was after hours by that point so I didn't know what to do. My husband noticed it as soon as he walked up to my car after work Friday. I purposely didn't tell him because I didn't want him to have to stress about it. It it pretty obvious though. He had a few friends look at it while we were set our son's game Friday night. They all determined that it was bent from the inside. With it being late on Friday and Easter weekend, there was no way for my husband to get the vehicle back to you. I'm now worried to bring it in today because I really don't want to have to argue with anyone about what happened. I sure hope that your employees will humbly confess to you what happened and that you will make things right. This is our primary vehicle as it is the only one we have that will fit our family and pull our camper for our weekly tournaments. I'm greatly discouraged that it has been damaged and that I now have to find more time for an alignment. With the number of people who have looked at it and said, "You shouldn't have taken it to Big O!" I have confidence that you've been in a tough spot with a customer before and will quickly get to the bottom of this. We look forward to hearing from you and will be in soon to find a solution. I purchased tires and within 6months they started to wear badly.I took them back and after a serious of negotiations I received new tires after paying a hefty deductible.After getting my new tires I noticed a shake in my steering wheel.I took my van to my local mechanic that I have know for 20+ years.He stated the tires were poor quality, and had not been balanced properly.Big-O refused to correct the problem blaming it on my brakes. I have replaced the tires and now have a properly running vehicle again.

Never recommending this place! We were traveling from Wisconsin to New Mexico for a family member's funeral, stopped here because our tires were wearing down. This place said we didn't need an alignment and sent us on our way. Thankfully we made it to New Mexico and went to a reputable tire company. Our truck Needed an alignment and tires. We would've never made it back home to Wisconsin. That company gave us Excellent customer service and great work. We will never go to Big O Tire company again.

I came in to have my tire patched up and put back on my car and was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half so me and my wife walked over to Sam's did some shopping and ate there took about an hour and forty minutes and we came back and got told it'd be another forty five mins to an hour before our car would get looked at so I won't be recommending big o tires to anyone cause that is horrible customer service never short change how long the waiting line is when you say it'll be done by this time it should be done by that time so thank you for making me have to drive farther on a donut on my car cause your employees are too lazy to do their jobs.

I really wish I could have liked the place I don't go around trying to feel angry. I had a bad experience with an alignment that was off which resulted in worn tires. It was a fight to prove it was the alignment which I had to take to another garage to prove. Never once an apology just immediately defensive attitude and trying to settle for the least amount of money as possible I was willing to take 75 percent cost of tires without tax plus not take mounting fee back. That couldn't even happen. Was offered only 2 tire cost replacement plus alignment fee. I tried to meet in th middle of the road. I have pictures and another garages testimony explaining why I have four bald tires. Feeling more down about the whole incident than angry at this point.

I order a tire a few days before my visit and when I received a call from the store to let me know my tire was in the store. I went into the store the same day. The worker said he would go get my tire and I said it was to be put on my car and he took the paper work to the back without saying anything to me! He never said how long it would take or anything else. I went out side with my daughter and waited approximately 1 hour. When my daughter went inside to find out what was taking so long, they said the employee did not put it on the schedule or into the computer. We waited 10 minutes and I went inside the store and when I was asked if I needed help. I explained the situation to the employee and laughed and said your paper work is in the garage. Then went to another employee behind a small wall and was laughing. They made it out like I did something wrong or was stupid. I did not appreciate the comments they made to each other about I only bought 1 tire and it was clearly that I needed to make an appointment. I left frustrated and have thoughts about ever going back.

Service was poor. They took nearly 3.5 hours to install two new tires on my Saturn Sedan. Alignment was to be done but they ran out of time.....so on so on so on...

The warranty on the big o brand is great the waiting in the room took way to long especially when I had an appointment

Despite the fact that when I called the store the day before I went in to order the tires, whoever I talked to said that my tires would be in the next day and that they would call me as soon as they came in. The next day I ended up calling the store around 145 to see if my tires had come in yet and I was told that they had come in around 7 in the morning. So aside from that when I went to have the tires installed they told me that it was going to take and how and a half, and I ended up sitting there until about five minutes after they closed totaling four hours.

I asked for price match and their was no hesitation on matching pricing and service tech fixed my valve stem on my spare tire without any concern about time even though the store was very busy.

The person didn't SPEAK to me at the end of the tire rotation. He didn't tell me how my tires were wearing, gave me no paper work as documentation, just handed me my keys. Communication is paramount! I was VERY disappointed with this visit to your store!

Well your guys lied to my mother in law. Told her she needed full synthetic oil on its 2nd oil change. Also spilt oil all over the engine and didn't bother to clean it or wipe it off. They didn't even bring her her keys to let her know her car was done. Horrible customer service if you're a single woman going in. DO NOT TRUST JUST SKIP. ON TO THE NEXT ONE. THERE IS ALWAYS GREESE MONKEY!
