I went to have a tire fixed and have my tires rotated, all they did was rotate the tires. I asked if they calibrated the tires so the computer would know the tires were rotated, they told me it wasn't necessary!! 2 days later I realised it did matter and they never fixed the tire I asked them to fix! When I took my car back, they acted like it was an inconvenience and not once did they apologize for being wrong or not doing the service I asked them to do! I will not go back!

I was in Tuesday to have TWO flat tires repaired. I explained to the man that both had fix a flat in them because I only carry one spare. AAA was 3 hours out and I'd been in the road all day already. Went to bog O Tuesday to get them both fixed just tonwake up Wednesday to a flat they fixed that's as still flat. I have since had it redone but you all are an hour away one way. Please get it right the first time!

I came in for a tire balance and rotation and also a quote on a new fuel pump. At the end of the service they did not charge me for the service provided. They said let us know if we can help you with anything in the future. Wow! Excellent customer service and sales.

You put the wrong size tires on and eat me leave with them, but then told me to keep them if I wanted as if it was fine I didn't get what I paid for. When I returned, no one greeted me 2 minutes as two people were in the register area and said someone would be with me.

While the technician did fix our flat with no issues, the main reason for this service had to do with the discovery of an issue with the transfer case. It was broken and needed to be replaced. The technician assured us the transmission and the rest of the car was ok and so we authorized Big O to find and install a used transfer case for around $1,000 with labor. When we picked up the car, again we were assured that it was safe to drive and that we should consider a transmission flush sometime in the near future. When we took this car to a dealership to trade in on a newer car a week later (this is why we put in the used case, so we could regain some trade in value), we found out the engine of the car was actually blowing blue smoke and therefore the trade in was worth $1,000. It seems that the technician should have been able to tell this or should have checked this out before assuring us all was ok. So, while we will continue to be Big-O Tires customers for tires, we will never go here again for mechanical work. A really bad outcome!

I ordered tires on a Saturday and was told they would be ready to put on the next Tuesday. When I arrived to get them installed, the wrong size tires were waiting for me. After having them reorder, I came back in on Friday to get them put on. I was told it would be about an hour wait. After 2 hours of waiting I was them told it would be about an hour. All of this after BIG O got the wrong size tire the first time. None of the people working even seemed to care. Buying tires at BIG O has been a 3 day nightmare. No more business from me my family or friends.

In the last two trips to your store it has taken more than two hours each time just to balance and rotate tires. The first time they kept breaking off the wheel studs and today after two and a half hours they left one of the lug nuts on the dash when it was supposed to be finished. Going to have to find a new tire store.

I scheduled my appointment online for 10 a.m. Saturday August 11th. My 4 year old son and I arrived on time and entered the building to hear a service technician yelling "What the fu*k?! That is so fu*king weird!" Definitely not something a professional business establishment would condone, however, none of the employees offered an apology for the outburst and business resumed as if nothing even happened. Talked to Charles, a sales associate, and got my paperwork started. My son and I say down for approximately 90 minutes before talking a walk around the building. At this time we noticed my vehicle on the lift. Went back in to sit down. After another 60 minutes had gone by we walked around again and saw my vehicle parked on the side of the building as if it were in line for something. 45 minutes after that at approximately 1:15 p.m. I asked to Judy pay for services rendered so I could leave. Charles went to check on the status of my vehicle and came back to tell me it was on line for the alignment machine. I just had 4 new tires out on so it was in my best interest to stay as get the alignment done. 45 minutes later at 2p.m. I was approached by Matt, a service technician, saying my vehicle was done. 4 hours to get an oil change and 4 new tires put on. I could not believe it. Completely unnecessary for that amount of work. Making an appointment didn't help me at all as it seemed my vehicle was getting skipped over for customers who walked in for services. I will not recommend this store. I will never return to this store. I regret spending $600+ at this store.

Hi Chad: I think it is more than just bad luck that my last several visits to your store have had bad outcomes. I have lived here for 7 years now and I have only patronized your store for my tire and service needs. I never had a problem until this past year. Now every time I go in, there is an issue. Look at what changed in the last year and I think you may identify your problem. I brought the Jetta in for the 5K mile rotate and balance. I went into the store at 10:15 am. I ask how long the wait would be and after some discussion and checking I was told the car would be worked on in 10-15 minutes and that it would be done by 11:00 am. I said that would be great. My wife and I shuffled our schedule and went to Sam's Club to shop. We came back to your store at 11:15 am. and the car was sitting there and had not been serviced. I was told that some one made an error in staging and they would get it in right away. Long story short my wife and I drove away at noon. Unless an incredible promotion is available at the time I need tires, I am sorry to say at this point it is very unlikely that my next set of tires or any service needs will be performed at Big-O.
