Came in I was told to return in 2 hrs my car would be ready. Returned after 2 hrs car not ready I was told the car was on the rack but when I came back it was NOT on the rack (don't lie) waited another hr waiting all repairs not done I was not waiting longer. Disappointed! Used Big O in Westminster never had this type of problem, we always had a good experience. I would have 2nd thoughts in going back.

I had a flat tire and they got me in quickly. When I went to check out I was told no charge. Absolutely no charge.

Drip pan bolts were not put back in causing the drip pan to come off on the highway. everything that was in the glove box was on the floor after they checked the cabin filter

I went there with a tire issue and to see what my warranty covered. I had no appointment but was quickly taken care of. I was given all my options, which were explained very clearing. I interacted with three service members and all were very informative. My tire issue was taken care of to my 100% satisfaction, I left this Big O store well pleased 😃

Our 15-year-old Toyota Sienna with 223,000+ miles had experienced overheating for the second time on our trip from Massachusetts to Denver via Roswell, NM. We limped into the Big O parking lot in Pueblo, CO, and discovered their expertise and magnificent customer treatment close to closing time. Jeff took us under his wing, scheduled work on the car for the next morning, and we walked to a nearby motel. The team checked out our engine, replaced coolant, and tested the work; everything looked good, except what appeared to be a leak in the heater core on the driver's side. It looked like we could complete the trip from Pueblo to Denver, so they sent us on our way with no charge for the diagnostics and coolant. Our best friend in California has done business with Big O Tires for decades. We know now why. We will always have good things to say for Big O Tires, especially for the Pueblo, CO, group. Thanks!

I've been using that store for over 3 plus years. Today's visit left me thinking all they want is your money without even looking at the real parts. I was told I needed 4 shocks because of mileage. Less that 3 months ago brand new shocks were installed. Then I was told of a bad ball joint. Which when I also had them put in 4 months ago. When I called them on they were able to prove that yes there was a minor issue. So then when I asked why the 4 point alignment wasn't completed the head boss said I'll do that now. And there was still more to come. I had a 8:30 am appointment for my truck and a 9:00 am appointment for my car. A guy that pulled up with a nice mustang got taken care of first. Believe me when I say I'm not never ever going back there for a darn thing. Ken is the one who normally takes care of me. He's the best person at that location. So in order not to be ripped off and to let anybody who does business there just beware!

I was a loyal customer to another tire store but they failed to provide quality work and good customer service. Fortunately, I found Big O on Eagleridge in Pueblo, CO and have taken all of our vehicles there. This store is top notch and the staff never fails to provide excellent customer service.

**** URGENT PLEASE HELP!! ONE OF YOUR TECHNICIANS IS A THIEF!! **** Mr. Chad Cunningham, My sister, a freshman at Alamosa State University, came home to Pueblo today and took her vehicle in for a service at your location 430 E Eagle Ridge Rd Blvd, Pueblo, CO. She came in to pick up her vehicle tonight 3/17/20, just before closing at 5:55pm. Her service totaled $792. She had $800 cash in her car at the time of service and she left the money inside a teddy bear "piggy bank" in the back seat of her car under a pile of clothes during the time her vehicle was serviced in your shop. Your technician went through the back seat of her car, went through her clothes in the back seat, found the teddy bear bank and STOLE ALL OF HER SAVINGS! ITS UNBELIEVABLE! She has worked at Starbucks the entire semester while going to college to save that amount of money and it's been robbed from her in an instant by your dishonest employee! She is absolutely devastated and feels completely violated! And she was left stranded, crying in your shop for nearly an hour tonight because your staff kept her car because she was now unable to pay for the repairs because she was victimized by someone on your staff!! BIG O TIRES!! The company she trusts most! And she was offered absolutely NO consolation from your staff. The manager at the time of the theft was Ken. A police report has been filed today and an officer arrived on location after hearing of the incident. This is completely unacceptable for a business that prides itself on being reputable with outstanding service! Please make this right! It is my understanding that the monitors from the security footage were unable to be played back tonight and I sure hope that this issue is resolved immediately. I cannot even believe I have to type this review kind of review right now. BIG O TIRES STEALING FROM A VULNERABLE STRUGGLING YOUNG LADY WORKING HER WAY THROUGH COLLEGE!!?? SAY IT AIN'T SO BIG O!! SAY IT AIN'T SO!!

Was in there back to back days for a rotation and alignment my truck pulls harder right after they had to do the alignment twice also they aired my truck tires up ranging 30-60 psi not happy at all with service and really hope they didn't damage my new tires I just bought from you guys

I was hoping that service in Pueblo would match that of Cañon City as I live in Pueblo but alas I will not likely use the Pueblo store again. I purchased my tires in August from the Cañon City store. It was suggested to have a 5000 mile rotation for which I came to your store. When I entered the store I stood by waiting for assistance and gave my information. I was puzzled by the fact that my information was not already in the system, from my initial purchase. I asked for the rotation and was told it would be an hour and half process. As I had no other alternative I said I would wait. At the hour and half end I stepped out front from the waiting area only to see my car still in the same spot I left. When I ask about it, I was told it would be another hour. I then was told by a customer who was standing that his car too was still in the same spot and was told also that it would take an hour and a half for the job. When I asked why I was not told of the delay, I was then told that they would see what was going on. I was told at that point that I could wait or come back another time. I had already wasted my morning waiting for your people to service my car with a simple rotation and why in the world would I leave only to come back. I was told they would get right on it. After another 40 minutes my car was done. This is not acceptable. My time is valuable. I do understand that without an appointment system in place one may have to wait for service but without proper communication with your waiting customers you are certain to have this experience with all your customers. During my last 40 minutes of waiting, I was informed by two others waiting that they too were experiencing the same results from your staff, one of which had resulted in a two day repair. I will continue to give my business to the Cañon City shop in the future.

Took my truck right in, didn’t take long

I came in for 4 new tires. It took over 2.5 hrs to put new tires on then when it was done the flat tire light was on in my car. When they tried to turn the light off they set off all of the warning lights in my car. When they tried to turn those off it made things worse and my car wouldn't start. After almost 4 hrs they figured it out. I lost a $500 client due to there inability to be timely. Not happy.

HORRIBLE!!!!! Weights were put on the outside of three of my wheels the other on the inside!! They messed up my wheels!!!! Also black grease on top of the interior of my car from the techs hands and a cigarette butt in my cup holder!!!!! Needless to say Big O only offered a free oil change but fail to realize the cost of paint and labor that will need to be paid to have wheels re done!!!

Appreciate fact that you were open on Memorial Day. Picked up a screw in tread of tire. They fixed tire and replace-mounted spare at no charge. I really wanted to pay for their time, but they insisted they want to be safe in road, and asked me to remember them for future business. I definitely will. Katie and the guys that did the work are to be commended on their professional, and expedient work. Thanks again.
