Good customer service

We became aware of a tire on my father's car that was leaking air slowly, we choose Big O tires because I know there capabilities of there business being a former Auto Tech for Big O that they could do repair and not tear the rim up getting it done they did the repair in good time and am very appreciated that they were very punctual bout it I am taking another flat tire to them on Tuesday that another shop wouldn't fix they said nothing wrong with it but I can see the nail in it so I am taking it to Big O to be done right!!

My experience was great the guy that greeted me knew what he was talking about and had any questions I had.

Service was done to my satisfaction. Just need to work on the length of time for oil change and tire rotation. I did have them check for one tire leak, but 2 1/2 hours is too long to wait in this service. Hoping for better results next time.

These people are so kind, knowledgeable & helpful. My windshield wiper blade broke. Jeff walked over to my car first to help me purchase the correct size wipers & then to install the new one. Thank you so very much!

I have going to this location for years. They are always friendly, provide great service at a great price. I love that I can get service on my vehicle as well as my tires at the same time.

Your employee's Pete,and Ken, were very professional- but not only that, very Knowledgeable. I don't live in pueblo, my mother's funeral had been the day before, my husband had left for our home up north when I discovered I had a flat!! He suggested B. O. T.- Thanks for all.

I believe I may have selected the wrong option. Highly satisfied implies I had no issues, but that is not the case. I brought my own tires to be mounted and balanced and told the guy at the desk I also wanted a 4 wheel alignment. He gave me the total price and I handed my keys to him. After having my car for two hours they called and told me they were unable to get my car aligned because they could not attach the alignment sensors to my wheels? I was not charged for the alignment but I now have to take my car elsewhere for an alignment.

Geoffrey was great at getting my tire pressure monitor system working, keeping at it until it did work.

Tires were in stock, Price was reasonable. They got my car in and tires on very quickly.

Ken is very knowledgeable, kind and he took care of my Aunt and made her feel comfortable with the purchase.

The customer service was awesome and the price. I also like everything that you get with the new tires.
