I always went to this Big o Tire store to have my vehicle serviced. I no longer will. I arrived one Friday 30 minutes prior to closing and was told (empty bays by the way) that the are closing in 30 minutes and just cannot change the oil in my vehicle. So needless to say my business for tires, service, etc has been taken elsewhere.

I came in to get a tire rotationt willin 2 months ago. I then took my vehicle in to get brakes done and they were unable to get lug nuts off due to them being overworked by big o tires. I came in this week and talked to a manager which was not willing to take responsibility and said that my 2015 F-150 lug nuts were worn due to an aluminum cap on the lug nut. I now have a few that are loose due to big o tires lack of concern for my lug nuts and unwilling to make it right. I understand wear and tear, but not on a newer truck. That manager tried to blow it off and get me out of there as quick as possible. I always bring my vehicles there for tire work and now I will not be a customer there no more. I will also be calling the better business bureau to explain the lack of concern that big o tires has for their customers.

I went in a few weeks ago to get my oil changed and tires rotated and was told that I needed an appointment. The salesman that I spoke with said that this is something new, so I went ahead and scheduled an appointment for this past Friday (Jan. 26). My appointment was at 1:00. Even with the scheduled appointment, it still took 90 minutes for my car to be completed--it was not done until 2:30 (I was even there early at 12:30, so total time was 2 hours if you count that). When I have gone in for an oil change in the past on a drop-in basis, I have had times where I was there less than an hour. If I am going to have to schedule an appointment, I am going to expect better service and wait times than when you had the drop-in basis for oil changes and tire rotations. Waiting 90 minutes for my car to be done when I had an appointment is excessive in my opinion, especially when I used to be in and out in an hour or less. Around 2:15, I went up front to find out how much longer my car would be because I had an appointment in Pueblo West at 3:00 and there were no salespeople to be found. I waited at least 5 minutes before someone came to the front, I wasn't the only customer waiting to speak with someone either. I have been a loyal customer of your store for many years and if I am going to have to spend more than an hour waiting for my oil to be changed and tires rotated when I have an appointment, I will start taking my business elsewhere.

Had an oil change done on two vehicles. I had appointments for both. I still spent 21/2 hours waiting for service to be done. Two weeks later I noticed a large amount of fresh oil on my garage floor. Tried to access the oil plug myself. Took the vehicle back to Big O and was told the oil plug was not installed correctly. This could have been a disaster if I hadn't noticed the oil leak.

My tire went flat on the highway. Big O tire fixed it as soon as I got to their facility. Big O performed an alignment and installed new tires onto my son's Subaru. He was very pleased with the work and the service. I will be needing tires next year. I will be going to Big O.

All the staff were friendly. Although busy they kept us informed on the progress of the service. At Big O we never feel like we are just another number or box that has to get checked.

After waiting over an hour, I asked them if they were ever going to even move my car into the garage, and then it took another hour to finish.

I went to the store when it opened because I had a tire with a slow leak. The tire is a Big O product with a free repair agreement at any Big O store. When the customer service representative asked what I needed I told him I need a tire fixed. He was very curt throughout the entire conversation and did not offer an estimate of how long it would take. When I asked him about the time, he pretty much snapped at me that he had to open up the shop before it could even be started and he didn't know how long it would be. I was first in line for service that morning so I thought my tire would be the first job of the day so I sat in the customer waiting area. I waited for an hour and looked to see if my truck was sitting in the parking lot, it wasn't. I waited another 15 minutes before I went back to the CS desk to ask about my tire (my truck was sitting back in the parking area). and no one had notified me that it was done. The CS rep was again very short with me and almost acted like I should feel lucky that the work was even done. I have been a Big O customer for over 15 years and purchased approximately 10-15 sets of tires, for most of that time, I had always been happy with the products and Customer Service at the Pueblo store. Over the past year, however, the customer service has ranged from indifferent to rude. I have purchased my last set of tires from Big O and will find another place to trade.

Initial contact was excellent. However, a second person stepped in and I felt I was being manipulated. I was ther 2 hours and 15 minutes. I told the first person I did not need an alignment check as I had just had it aligned that morning. However, the 2nd person first told me I needed rear brakes. Came back 10 minutes later and told me the vehicle was severely out of alignment! Guess what? I'm not stupid!! If it was that bad, driving from one place to yours, I needed major repairs, not a second alignment. I paid nearly $1,000 for new tires. You have your staff so conditioned to upsell, I felt like I was being taken advantage. I will NOT recommend you to friends. If I do, it will be with the caveat to get a 2nd opinion before any work is done, BTW, my brakes are fine too!!

Big O Tires was able to order my tire size and have them at their store overnight. The process to have them start working on my car was simple and straight forward and my car was left in the exact condition that I gave it to them in, with the exception of new tires, alignment and wiper blades

Not one representative introduced themselves. I only remember names from their badges. I was bounced around from representative to representative. I dealt with a total of four different reps. Upon dropping off my truck for tires they told me 45 minutes to an hour and it ended up taking 4 hours and I am not exaggerating. I bought two tire pressure sensors as my dash indicated the two rear sensors were bad. Immediately after getting into my truck, after the install of the sensors and new tires, the dash indicated that only one sensor was good. I did not want to spend any more time at the store at the time and I do not know how to resolve this issue. Should I take it back to you or just eat the $100 and take it to Chevy. The tires are great and I really feel like your prices are very competitive.
