My floor mat had footprint grease and fingerprint grease on interior of the vehicle. This should not happen. I had to shampoo the carpet.

I brought my work truck in to have a tore repaired because of it having a screw in it.I had to wait about a half hour and they did it at no charge

they we're pretty good, but I'm a transgender female and I was dressed as a female with makeup on but the tire tech didn't seem to notice at all and over and again used male pronouns. once Infront if the gentleman who took my tire repair info inside. I didn't say anything because I figure If a person doesn't want to give me the respect I feel that I deserve, there isn't much I can do about it. he knew what he was was doing. Infront of the other customers and co workers,.....it made me pretty uncomfortable.

They were great all around. I think Ken was his name? Called regularly, great with updates, great all around. Fixed my old 1991 firebird- which although old was my high school car I’ve had for 22 years and sentimental. Larry the bird (cars name) was well taken care of!

They did a good job servicing my car, but they left my cloth seats covered in dirt. I'm guessing that while an employee was changing out my air filter, he pressed his knelt on the seat and transferred all that dirt from his pants. Regardless of who did it, they didn't try to clean it off my seats, they just left it filthy. That was pretty frustrating and made me not want to use your service for any interior car work again.

I had to have my truck towed there unexpectedly. They were great about fitting me in to be able to take it home tge sane day. They made a stressful experience much easier!

The fast service was good but my tire was unrepairable I have the warranty thru them but still charged me 40 for a new tire and didn't even tell me before they replaced the tire. The warrant should have covered all costs

Everybody at the store was extremely professional and very courteous. Ken was the on duty manager and he made sure everything was correct with my truck. The service guys were also amazing. All my vehicles will be brought back to this big o for as long as I am able.

They wanted to charge me $1700 for brakes!! Added stuff I didn't need. I went to oreillys and bought parts for $35!! Huge difference right! Definitely lost a customer &

They took the time and explain and showed what was going on with the vehicle. I got an alignment elsewhere several years ago, they didn't do that.

Hands down, this was my most offensive experience from BIG "O" Tires. I have heard of "upselling" but not to this level. for a loyal BIG "O" customer. After my vehicle had been signed off for a routine tire rotation/balancing, I then was approached by another customer rep. after approximately 30 minutes. This gentleman proceeded to list (3) items which had been highlighted as problematic by the rep.: 1) Shocks/struts needed replacement. The struts were not leaking oil, but should be replaced. 2) My tires, although not at the failure point on tread life, showed some excessive wear, and are nearing their wear life. Now after then proceeding to visually inspect the original paperwork to these tires, I was heated. I have less than 40,000 road miles driven on these tires mostly on paved roads. These tires have been religiously rotated/balanced. These tires have also been driven on aligned hardware which are maintained on alignment. 3) My air filter was marked as "dirty" and should be replaced. This air filter along with my cabin filter were replaced only (2) rotations prior (9,000 to 9,600 miles). During these miles, my vehicle was only driven on paved roads. And the filters were supplied by BIG "O". I had this rep. visually inspect the filter personally, and he then reported back to me after this, and he informed me that the air filter was actually more than acceptable. I was only there to obtain a routine tire rotation/balance of my BIG "O" brand tires. The gentleman implied that there was some "cupping" and tire wear shown. I informed him of a couple of things pertaining to these tires. These were BIG "O's" premium tires, and I religiously rotated these tires, regularly had alignments performed, and theses tires were rated at 65,000 miles. I then checked my invoice on these tires, and I have placed less than (40,000) miles driven. I was only there to obtain a routine tire rotation/balance of my BIG "O" brand tires. The gentleman implied that there was some "cupping" and tire wear shown. I informed him of a couple of things pertaining to these tires. These were BIG "O's" premium tires, and I religiously rotated these tires, regularly had alignments performed, and theses tires were rated at 65,000 miles. Why was the hood raised to inspect a filter on a mere tire rotation? Your actions were completed even before the vehicle was finalized for its original maintenance. Why?

Great service. My wife has a flat tire I put air in the tire and drove it to a nearby competitor. They refused to work on my vehicle since it was almost closing time. I went to Big O tire and was treated with professionalism. They even patches my tire for free. Thanks Big O for fixing my tire I will definitely come to see you for replacement tires!

Took long trip yesterday and it was nice knowing my tires were up to snuff for driving along rocky mountains and in large cities. Cost was a little high but alignment helped which pulled to left which is opposite of what it did when I took it in. Depending on which lane I drive in the drainage curve keeps it running straight.

Ordered a rim for a car on monday of this late week, was told it would be here wednesday, Wednesday came and gone no rim no communication, thursday came no rim, couldn't find it in its delivery route, very little communication. Friday came and was told it would here friday by 4pm and would be called when delivered, never got a call after it was delivered, tried calling store 4 times after 430 with no answer, even though voicemail said closing was 6pm. Called saturday am unhappy about whole situation and was told rim was in but got excuses about weather, which I never was told once about nor was it used as excuse in prior conversations. On the original Monday I called to order, I could have ordered on internet with delivery for Saturday for $50, cheaper. Instead I went with big o, which by the way is the only place I take all of my vehicles because of the great customer service they are known for. I am a businessman and know that as one I will do what it takes in the moment to take care of guests/customers and didnt feel like that was the case here. I am not asking for anything from this survey, just want you to know it won't be your big o I use for future needs.

I had an appointment and I was brought right in after waiting for the people that were in front of me when the store opened. I'm traveling and needed my tires rotated and balanced along with an alignment. I use NTB in TN which y'all honor. The salesman was very courteous and went over everything as well as letting me know that I would need a couple of things done in the near future without trying to push me into getting them done now. I probably won't be suggesting this store because I will be headed home in a week.

My family has used Big O for 20+ years. I've done a lot of business with them. I have a newer truck with tires. I always get free rotations. I asked how long and he said,"�We are not to busy, just a couple ahead, probably be out in 2 hours."� For a tire rotation!i was going to get alignment done but not now. Sales person wouldn't give me a free rotation even after that since I didn't buy tires for this truck. Disappointed in service I have received lately and all the new people. I don't recognize faces anyone.
