Big O Tires typically over inflates my tires after mounting them. I bought 4 new Michelin's for my Regal and I am very satisfied with the tires. They get a little sloppy with the rims, and I found a few more scars on 2 of the rims. Other than that, good service.

Showed up at 12:25, was told that I would have my car back before 2, did not get it until after 2:30. Was also told it would cost $40.00 and it cost $50.00 with no explanation why. I thought maybe they had put synthetic oil in. But they didn't that was just for regular conventional oil. Very dissatisfied with this visit and am not planning on returning anytime soon!

Well, as usual, the job was done right but I scheduled an appointment so I wouldn't have to sit around for 3 hours and yet it was half a hour before my car was even looked at. Parts weren't in stock. I asked that my spark plugs and power steering fluid be replaced and it wasn't.

641 dollars before tax is just too much for your cheapest option for my 19 inch rims. I ended up finding tires for 355 dollars then had to talk to someone down from 25 a tire to 20 a tire to put them on. Lost money because wouldn't work with me. I ended up doing everything For 435 price difference should not be that high. Everybody was polite and eager to help at least. Fairer prices would have gotten max stars. Would be hesitant to recommend unless you buy tires first and bring there. FYI tires I bought weren't garbage.

I at one point thought Big O was going to be my one stop, go to place for my personal card AND for fleet maintenance on our company vans but recently had 2 disappointing visits. First with my company van, I had routine maintenance done and also had a "Check tire monitor system " light showing on my info screen so I specifically asked them to tend to it at the same time. When I got it back, it was still on. I approached the service writer and he attempted to reprogram it but only got 3 out of 4 to respond. When he came back around the van to give me the keys, I asked him if the one that didn't respond was bad, he responded that I just had to drive it for 20 minutes and it would reset. I drove it the entire day and it didn't reset. Second, I had my personal vehicle there to replace all 4 tires and after replacement, the same indicator light was on. None of your staff told me about it and when I addressed it, the writer told me the same thing, to drive it for a couple of miles and it would reset. Same result, light was still on all day. I returned to the store and again asked them to fix it and I was given the excuse that their machine had been down for a week and I would have to bring my vehicle back and to "check with them in a few days"� and of course I did 3 days later and took it back for them to fix and they did. I recently had the same indicator light come on and returned to the store to see if maybe there was a nail or something causing a slow leak or if it was just the cold air. I addressed this exact though in those words to your service writer and he told me that they are running about 45 minutes to an hour behind so they would just "top of the tires with air"� and if the indicator light comes back on, then bring it back in a couple of days! I refused and insisted that all 4 tires be checked for anything that may be stuck in these tires for 2 reasons, 1) I JUST HAD SHOULDER SURGERY and I am in a sling and there is no way I can change a tire. 2) these are brand new tires and cannot afford to ruin them. The writer reiterated to me that they were about 45 minutes to an hour behind, as if it was a problem for them at that time. I say and waited and they got it done but the service lately on these indicator lights has been frustrating. I love Big O Tires but service is slipping and service is exactly why I will never use Discount Tires. Please address this as I do want to continue using your store for our needs but am reluctant at this point.

I brought in a Big O AT tire that was flat,after 2 hours waiting I was told I had a hole "Right in the sidewall". The tech had patched the hole and sent me on my way. Every other tire experience I have ever had I've been told a sidewall cannot be patched! I do not feel safe driving with this tire on.

i have changed new tires at this store on two occasions. On both occasions, the supposedly new tires are very dingy, in appearance. These tires they put for me were so discolored, have turned brownish. My old tires look newer than the new ones they installed. I am very sure they store their new tires under the whether. I will never have them put on new tires, ever again. Other than that, everything else was ok.

A tire was losing pressure and it was quickly repaired. I was pleased with the visit from start to finish and the personnel were friendly and professional.
