Big O Tires

I find that the service is good but in my humble opinion, it doesn't translate for what you're charged. I may come back with some promotional discount.

I went in with a low tire, checked in quickly and said I could come back around 1:30/2:00 as I was at working at the time of drop off. Got me checked in and called when it was completed, which was before the time I was able to come pick it up.

Been taking my vehicles to Big O for some quite sometime and never had any coplaints but now I've been having repeated services and keep coming back the attitude with some of the employees lack skills ...PAT is top notch not to long ago i contacted charlie for a complete estimate for ignition coils/ tune up and never returned my call and for matt not impressed with he people skills so i decided to take all my maintenance needs elsewhere ...i never thought i would be disappointed with Big O but these last couple months has convinced me to seek another shop.

I peeled a tire on my trailer and it was 10 minutes before closing and the guys took care of me right away.

Was there for a long time the car was done nice but took too long. When customer buys 4 tires should get forth tire or alignment free. Should teach sales guys more info

No services were preformed. I waited for an hour and twenty minutes, the vehicle was still outside the shop and I needed to get to a Dr appt, so I had to get the keys back.

Staff at Big O Tires at this location are professional, courteous and very helpful. Great crew.

I'm a frequent customer here n never had a complaint other than wait time..... always over an hr to two. In this particular visit, I went in for my tire rotation and I had a slow leak in one and informed them. Upon completion, they stated the tire was fixed(had a nail). I had to put air in the tire later that evening and a few times before I was able to return 4 days later. I'm here now..... so I hope it's fixed this time. Just an inconvenience.

I was in and out in under a hour

WE USUALLY HAVE NO PROBLEMS HERE HOWEVER THIS LAST TRIP WAS A DISASTER. THE TECH THAT PUT ON MY NEW WIPER BLADES LEFT THE METAL COVER ON THE END AND HAD I NOT NOTICED IT I COULD HAVE SCRATCHED MY WINDSHIELD BADLY .I DID RETURN TO YOUR SHOP TO HAVE IT REMOVED THAT DAY. THEN AS I WAS DRIVING HOME WHICH IS APPROX. 30 MILES SOUTH OF PUEBLO I NOTICED MY ODOMETER WAS READING VERY FAST ,SO WHEN I REACHED MY HOME I IMMEDIATELY CALLED YOUR STORE AND REPORTED WHAT WAS HAPPENING AND THE PERSON ON THE OTHER END OF THE LINE (WHICH I DID NOT GET THE NAME) SAID TO BRING THE TRUCK BACK IN AND THEY WOULD TAKE A LOOK AT THE PROBLEM. WELL I JUST DONT LIVE CLOSE ENOUGH TO COME RIGHT BACK IN SO HE SAID HE WOULD TAKE HIS TIME AFTER WORK (SINCE I LIVED ON HIS ROUTE HOME) TO COME BY AND TAKE A LOOK AT MY TRUCK . WELL I NEVER DID SEE HIM AND NOW ITS BEEN ALMOST 2 (TWO) WEEKS AND MY ODOMETER SAYS I HAVE DRIVEN OVER 5000 MILES JUST IN MY LITTLE COMMUNITY. IT WOULD BE NICE IF SOMEONE WOULD HOLD UP TO THIER WORD AND COME TAKE A LOOK AT MY TRUCK BEFORE I START TO SHOW THAT MY TRUCK HAS OVER 200,000 MILES ON IT . I love coming here for my tires. They always have what I want and I know they will do a good job. They are very competent.

I really like you guys and you have taken good care of me in the past. This time I was in for just an oil change and it took an hour and twenty minutes and that is with me having an appointment. That is my only complaint. Have a great day.

Geoffrey was very helpful over a multi-day period as I researched tires for my vehicle. The tires cam in on time and everything was completed on time.

I'm happy with the speed and convenience of the service but they missed on the little things. For example, black finger prints all over the inside door handle. The guy at the front desk was in such a hurry to leave for the day that he didn't give me any paperwork just my keys and a windshield sticker with my current mileage on it, not sure what the heck that's for.

Very friendly and knowledgeable

Grease marks on interior drivers door and seat. I had to clean up when I got home. Other service is was good.

My tire had a nail in it.

Was told it would only take an hour. It ended up taking over two hours.
