Big O Tires

Longer wait time because they took vehicles that came in after me, before mine. Told me my oil was dirty and I needed to be better about the maintenance....BUT I drive for a living and just had my oil changed 3 weeks prior. Don't try to manipulate because I am a woman....

I am a regular customer. The people are great and the service is great. I wont go anywhere else

I wish the crew would have changed my power steering hoes like I was told was going to happen .... but they did not want to cuz it has some spillover from the leak it pissed me off I have to fix it my self cuz they did not want to get a little dirty....I'm going to have to go to a different shop to get that fixed just because a few of your employees dont want to get dirty that's sad your running a shop there is oil everywhere it's part of the job I guess my money is not as good as others in town I dont know.....and inward charged for an oil change they never did.....had to point out they charged me for a oil change and never did the work cuz the same old filter was still on my Durango I had marked it cuz I have been lied to before about an oil change happening and did not..... almost 1800 worth of work and you cant put on a power steering hose.....its still leaking causing damage cuz you guys cant do work inward quoted 2012.29 to only get a little over 1700 worth of work done in thought you guys wanted my business I probably will only go back for only the Warranty coverages....inhale told a few friends they said that they should have fixed what they quoted and not tell me know cuz it was dirty.....they agreed with me to never go back

I was very disappointed when I got to my car and my entire glove compartment contents were all over the passenger side. I would have liked to at least have a warning that they were needing to get inside of my glove compartment.

The staff at Big O is ALWAYS amazing, pleasant, polite and friendly. Big O is convenient to stop off on the way home from work, so that is our "go to" location whenever we need something or a service.

Coming to big o should of been exciteing for new tire but end up beening over charged I (think) but well worth it if it needed it. I felt I was lied to and mistrusted why because I had to bring my truck back two different times after being told to bring it back Wednesday then to come back Thursday and I'm from Fremont.mistrust they bought new abs sensors and was charge for it they told me it came with the part which if true it would not be on the bill so with that being said they reused my old part which made me feel lied to and stealing from me but the most important part was the 6 days after they put my new wheel bearings on the abs sensor was not working and that let me leave and told me it was ok.which I felt unsafe when leaving and Thursday when they fixed it not just one other person but 2 other people had similar experiences sorry to say but that's not by chance so feelin unsafe to drive my truck I had to miss my anniversary.hopefuly some one at least reads this and takes this seriously.

Hi Chad. Not the best experience I'm afraid. The place seemed to be having a cluster f*** that day. Took WAY longer than planned, everyone was nice and apologetic, but if this had been my first experience I would not return. There were a few unhappy people there. The new tires are noisy as can be, hope they improve.(Big O 195x65x15's)

I wouldn't return because it's in another state. They did a great job!! The front people were super nice and helpful got it right in.

I took my vehicle in for an alignment check and was shown that the tires were not wearing evenly. My vehicle had a little over 25,000 miles on it at this time and decided to buy 4 new tires. It was late and I was tired. The next day I checked my tires out and noticed that my expensive aluminum wheels were damaged. One was gouged and the other three were nicked pretty badly. I tried for months to get resolution with no luck. I had paid the tires off and still waiting for some kind of resolution. I was very frustrated at this point an couldn't believe the customer service I had received from a company that specializes in wheels and tires Matthew Rodriguez, the manger of the Big O store I had been working with heard about my situation and within a week to ten days three of the damaged aluminum alloy wheels were replaced. Just want to give a shout out for his quick resolution to my problem.

the staff is always friendly and always helpful. They go the extra mile to make sure customers are satisfied and happy.

I love my tires for sure and the credit came in just in time.

Each time i service my vehicle everything expected is taken care of and if anything needs explained or handled Big O has done just that I appreciate it...thank you

This store is super honest. They did save us $315 that was wrongly quoted at another Big O in Colorado Springs for a part and labor that wasn't needed. However, we made an appt for brakes the next day for 10am. We walked out at 1:20. Time is a commodity and we don't feel ours was respected as it could have been. No communication. There was not even- hey, 10 was a work in time. We have to do this car first. We can't start until after 12. This store really needs help either on time management or stoner service communications.

It was a long wait to get the tires mounted but they got it done. Originally scheduled to mount tires on Friday but there was something wrong with those tires from the warehouse so I had to come in on a Saturday.

Good price and description of the products I was getting and why I needed them. Also wheels were out of alignment and was happy with the way the truck handled after alignment.

The vehicle (Grand Cherokee) was in for oil change service. In addition to check the "check engine" light & to discover what was causing a wining sound coming from under the hood. Diagnosis: Check engine light; faulty 3rd cylinder spark plug. Replace them all. Wining sound; Coolant leaking onto the fan belt do to a leak in the thermostat housing. Replace The good news is that all the work done same visit and the Engine light no longer was lit.The bad news is $400 later the wine is still occurring? When brought it back the mechanic said the car wouldn't wine for him & it was explained that it may be a censor in the block? Everyone was very courteous. I drove home listening to the same reoccurring wine?

Big O had the closest size tire we needed on hand everywhere else they were going to have to order the tire.
