Big O Tires

I have been a returning customer to Big’ O’s for years and they know me and my fiancé by name and they are always respectful and helpful. We recently purchased new vehicles and they are the only ones we buy our new tires and take them for alignments after getting our lift kits installed. Ken is a awesome employee and is always friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for the service.

The waiting area was MUCH to cold. Several of us sat in there and froze. Plus- - - -it took FOREVER to get the tires put on my truck!!! BUT- - - - -the service was excellent, it just took much to long.

Always easy to schedule my vehicle, location is close to work, staff is friendly, and promotions are always a plus with my Big O credit card.

Had some hiccups that made this a 4/5 rating instead of 5/5 that I have encountered the last 9 times I have used Big O. I appreciated the information updates during the delays, but the 2 days to repair was a huge inconvenience and very expensive work loss for my family. My truck seems to be running great, so I guess all is well that ends well.

The sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. Stopped into get a trailer tire repaired, store was very busy and they took care of me as fast as they could. I will be back to purchase tires when I need them.

I made an appointment for oil change synthetic and tire rotation for Monday, 3/12/18 @ 2:30pm. I arrived on time and had to be there until 4:30pm, due to not having my filter in stock. I am not sure if your workers that do the greeting and work the computers work on commission. But when I checked in the guy who checked me in, said he was going to reset everything, so unsure if he took commission from someone. But that person I do not like, because the last time I was there he tried too hard to push your products on me (brake job) after tire rotation. The guy who checked me out, I have always liked. He keeps me updated while I am waiting and lets me know as soon as my car is done and ready to go. thank you.

My car tire picked up a nail and I needed it repaired as soon as possible. The staff was very professional, clear about the time to repair and the price was great!

Quick and friendly service m!

I came in a month or so ago to get new tires on my pickup LT265/60R20 they could not find my size GM specific they told me. I told them to research and they never called me back. Called again to see if i could get them and again no one called me back. Had to go to Walmart. I come from the retail side so i know the frustration of getting people to do their jobs. I would still shop Big O

Friendliness, and willingness to hurry for me

Nothing special about the experience, but the oil change was done in under the quoted time

Ken and Lexus took awesome care of me today! Couldn’t have asked for friendlier service, and they were certain to get me in and out for my appointment I had scheduled. Super awesome folks you have here and I will always recommend this place. Thank you guys!

My only criticism is that when aligning the front the workman consistently fails to straighten the steering wheel
