Always have good service; I was not aware that you had to schedule an appt for service. This was somewhat inconvenient but will know to schedule appt in the future!

I waited about 45 mins but I know you all were busy and I had a book to read that made the time go by.

The assistant manager was a straight shooter, and made our visit the best.

Cesar Ayala was the tire expert that quoted and scheduled me, he was amazing! Ken insured that things went off without a hitch when I took my car in for service. He was also professional, courteous, knowledgeable and polite. They both deserve to be recognized.

The store was very busy I came from out of town i took my car in for new tires at 12:00, and they completed my tires in a few hours and told me it would be 30 mins to check my alignment. I ended up waiting until 6:00pm and they still never checked my alignment

The service, speed, communication, and all aspects of my service were excellent. I have been a loyal customer for about 3 years now and I plan to continue coming to Big O Tires.

tire rotation only. personnel friendly. tire pressure sensor light on. asked that tires be checked for slow leak. Upon completion it was explained that there were no leaks and sometimes sensor comes on prematurely at only 1 or 2 pounds under. I appreciated the explanation. It was one hour from time I came in store until rotation complete, which I believe to be acceptable.

The staff was very friendly. The gentleman who I spoke with had to order my tires, did not complete the order so my delivery was pushed back a day. I did not notice until a few days after I had my new tires, that the hub caps on the tires where damaged, and the only reason I noticed was because the cap was about to fall off. I did not think to do a walk around my car to look for damage, so that is on me.

Free leak repair. The biggest reason though is the initial total price on the tires which was very good.

This was the 4th time I come to this location. I am pleased with the service BUT have noticed on the last 3 occasions that care has not been taken to keep stains out of the car. The 3rd time I noticed oil stains were left on the seat and interior door handle. I had a hard time removing these. On this last visit, the seat and steering wheel were cared for but not the interior door handle. Once again, I had to remove the oil stains.
