Big O Tires

I've always been happy with your customer service and honesty but lately I've had to wait one to two hours just for an oil change and I don't get any feedback with how much oil was used or how my tires or brakes are holding up like I used to get. Also having to make appointments for an oil change is very inconvenient especially since my wait time has gone way up instead of down. I'm not nearly as happy with your service as I used to be at all. And I've been coming to your store for almost two decades.

I called the store for new tires and Matt ordered the tires and set up the appointment. Once they came in, he called to let me know, so I could bring in my car for service. I appreciate the great customer service and follow up. The appointment took a lot longer than expected, but one of the service guys Max was very friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend them if you need new tires!

Geoff was very helpful in evaluating what I needed and discussed several options until I was able to decide on a final solution. I am very pleased with the entire staff in helping with the process.

The staff was very friendly, and especially the tire tech James was very helpful in removing the stubborn lug nuts from my wheels. Everyone was very helpful in fitting us in even though we showed up without an appointment.

I think everything was good, I told them to put white letting to inside. But they put them to the out side, they were nice enough to want to change them. I told them just leave them out. That was my first time to B ig O tires and I go back with all my trucks. Thanks was very pleased.

I really appreciated having an associate help me that wasn’t trying to push a bunch of other services on me knowing I didn’t need them. Ken was great and honest and very straight forward about what I did and didn’t need and when those things needed to happen.
