I was pleased with the service and customer service overrall but I was pretty disappointed in being there over 2 hours without warning or estimate in time. The reps at the counter should give customers a number of cars in front of yours so we have an idea of how long it might take. Only negative thing I experienced.

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. They worked so hard to get the job done and in a timely manner. The process was explained to me in detail and they took the time to answer all of my questions. Costs of service were very affordable and I greatly appreciate that as well.

I got a battery from Big O in March 2015. In March of 2017 it was starting to go bad, but was really bad in September 2017. I got a new one in accordance with the warranty, but the new one was almost $80. It seemed like a lot to pay considering I had already purchased a new battery from them.

I was given a next-day appointment (8:00 am). The service person was very polite and helpful. When I needed some extra assistance, someone was there to help with my vehicle. Considering I'm a senior citizen, I very much appreciate the very good service and price.

When I arrived, they said it would be a 2 hour wait. It ended up being nearly 4 hours. Do I need say anymore. There was confusion on diagnosis, therefore they ordered the wrong parts. I'm sure that was why 2 hours became 4 hours. That affected my over-all rating on this survey.

I did have a issue with the original tires I got. I talked with the manager Geoff, and he got everything squared away. I was very pleased with him and his team.

I was very happy with the service provided. However, I asked for competitive pricing for 2 other vehicles. Also need breaks and struts. Needed quotes on that. It was busy. I wrote down my vehicles. The cost I have from Firestone. I wrote it on the back of my alignment paper. So you have my information. I said call or text me the information when you aren't so busy. Today is Saturday, I asked for this on Wednesday. No contact. I was giving you business and yet you didn't care about earning it in the simplest way.

Had my parents' SUV so I could pick them up from DIA. That morning the vehicle low tire pressure indicator came on, I didn't want to chance driving over 100 miles on a bad tire. Went to a different place first, but the wait time was ridiculous as I needed to get on the road. Went to Big O to see if they could help me. Had the tire checked and the faulty valve replaced - free of charge by the way - all within 45 minutes!! I'm so thankful that I was able to travel safely, and even more grateful knowing my parents will be able to safely drive too!
